EG, among others, need a great zerg which can bring in the victories. On the other hand, they "just" signed Huk and Thorzain. Idra needs a world class zerg to work with. I also recall Idra a while back after loosing to him couple of times just smiling on SOTG. Made me wonder.
Complexity seems to be most likely to engage in a bidding war with EG for viOlet, alea iacta est.
After the dust settles, the one with the money usually wins
quanticViOlet, his results will land him on a much bigger team than empire, sucks for VINES tho he joining empire most likely had somthing to do with having a good training partner like violet

Or what if SK picked him up? I know the SK manager said he wasn't looking for anyone else at the moment (think I remember him saying that in an interview at some european wcs qualifier?) but violet + mc would be the start of a sick sc2 team.
No... no way. EG is the official kiss of death to any player's future success. Don't get me wrong, they monetize their business well, but they've yet to show any actual success, while smaller (well, not smaller, but less monetary) teams like Mouzsports, TL and Empire are actually getting sh*t done instead of just streaming and showing off their sponsor logos and pretending to be pro's, when the "pro" part of their job isn't a whole lot more than just a living billboard.

You're way way overdramatizing this. Just cause you don't like a team doesn't mean you have to spew bullshit like this and derail a thread, go make a blog.
I can see him on a Korean team saying that Empire did not practice with him. He was practically practicing in Texas by himself. He will want a players to practice with that are by his side. EG are known to be to practice on ladder and one of the most corporate teams in e-sports

He could live in Slayers house with JYP/Thorzain/Puma if he was in EG, sounds solid.

The type of person violet seems to be in interviews (light hearted, likes trying new strategies, doesn't like strict training schedules, likes learning English) suggests the EG lair would be a perfect fit for him. The idea that it's some magical kiss of death for any player's career isn't even worth discussing.
What would be sad is someone of violet's skill level not being able to live comfortably while he trains to be the best. I look forward to more teams being able to pay their players like EG can, but that takes high paying sponsorship and making their sponsors money (which is exactly what EG does best atm).
Anyway, whoever he joins, I'm sure he'll continue to be a top player.
