I think he was referring to an event that has as many Koreans as the GSL. I mean yeah, IPL 3 had a lot of Koreans but not like 75 - 80% Koreans. And if you look at all the other tournaments Stephano has won, the majority were not Koreans.

1 foreigner vs 80% koreans, not a fair measure though. I mean what does that guy need to be convinced of ? How many more games does Stephano need to win to prove what excactly ?

My favorite part is when he cites RBB to back his claim with MC but conveniently forgets that Stephano wiped the floor with every korean he faced (including parting and squirtle) there with the exception of MC where he lost a very close 3-2 series. o_O

No real group of death imo. Every group seems pretty balanced, with two players being favorited, but the other two definately having a chance to upset.

Should be good groups, but I'm more interested to see who makes deep runs through the open bracket, and of course the BW pro tournament. Either way, it'll be a fun weekend, but if you guys could have waited just one more weekend, I'd be in the US and able to watch it live without destroying my sleep schedule!

I don't like, that they have the WCS USA Nationals and the KeSPA tourney at the same MLG event without increasing the number of streams, so we see so much less of the actual MLG event with such an awesome lineup :-/

Socke, Grubby and Stephano as the only non koreans in the pools. I think NA has definately fallen off now as it seems. There are just no results from NA players anymore. Europe has still a huge pool of strong players who can beat GSL calibre players on a good day. NA needs to step it up!
