You have to provide some kind of evidence/proof (screenshots/replays etc.) if you are going to accuse somebody.

Additionally, a supporting comment of what people should be looking for and when will be necessary if you are posting replays/evidence.

lol. here are my last 250 replays to confirm my hacking http://sc2replaystats.com/account/replays/4312/0/959221/1v1/AutoMM/21/0 (from the last few weeks)

EDIT: here are my LOTV games, accidentally linked only my HOTS GM account first http://sc2replaystats.com/account/replays/4312/0/1156135/1v1/AutoMM/21/0 (includes 2-0 vs avilo)

Releasing 200 replays of the past has nothing to do with the fact it appears you are hacking in the game i posted.
Can you explain what is this mysterious system you have to follow invisible units through the fog of war, and insta rallying to gas geysers on observer unit pathing?

Can you explain following a probe through the fog of war and clicking towards it and changing your unit pathing to get the probe? It's all just going to be luck right?

Hind sight 20/20 i should have posted this under a new account perhaps? Because people here are bashing me or saying things that have nothing to do with all of the evidence i have provided.

Because TL is the only place to even pretend to have a legitimate discussion in sc2 I will give you a legitimate response. All of the evidence you have suggested is hacks is called "using active units". When you have an active unit like phoenixes you keep them on the map in the most valid locations. Several times you defend/overcharge your natural which forces my phoenixes to find another location to attack, which is obviously the main via the third. You send your probe out directly after overcharging SEVERAL times, to exactly where the logical place for me to move my phoenixes is. Most of those times the probe only enters my vision AFTER I have already sent a command into the main and I pick it up incidentally. Most of the game I did not even realize you had observers, or I would obviously have killed/avoided them. All luck.

EDIT: I would argue al;most 500 replays and over 100 hours of games would have more validity than 12 minutes of an offrace PvP.

The evidence i have provided shows more than "using active units." It shows that you have knowledge of things in the fog of war that you should have zero knowledge of.

You even self admittedly just said you do not even realize observers are on the map, yet your units are always perfectly pathed to them and their destination points, in the most blatant case at 11:29 with pin-point accuracy while your map is not even on the same screen as the command is given. You jump to the observer immediately after as if you know it's there...and then your screen stops when you seem to realize it's an invisible unit on your mini-map, not something that could be attacked.

The same thing happens multiple times in the game, with the same set of commands being issued.

My patience lasted one post. I look forward to any player of professional experience agreeing with you on the convincing nature of these offences.

You, more than anyone here, have the power to "shut Avilo up", if you will, by streaming behind-the-shoulder games at a high level. But like I mentioned earlier, that's completely at your discretion. It's just the best advice I could give to anyone who's accused of hacking (you especially, because of your reputation).

The more you acknowledge him the worse he will get (and others like him). I do my best to stay away from the drama but recently of course it becomes more and more impossible as there are many who literally create or convince themselves of things that are overwhelmingly fake, but go along with the others who are convinced they're true because it is easier.

I am obviously not hacking, nor would I need to to beat Avilo (especially in PvP, I already beat him in ZvT in LOTV as well which makes me surprised a PvP game was chosen as "evidence"). I'm not going to call for mods to delete these posts but I would like to hear the objective analysis of any professional player. Also objectively, if we are using the arguement "Avilo called Polt and Parting a hacker but this time we have to take what he says seriously" then it is hypocritical to use the arguement "Well Winter is a proven viewbotter (despite being cleared by Twitch and Blizzard) so he's probably hacking too."

Sorry, but once again, those arguments have nothing to do with the evidence provided. Are you going to address the points i made in my last post?

You have less points than a basketball.

Winter, you really should just stream over the shoulder though. Not only will it shut Avilo (and everyone else) up, but it would probably be a nice way to change up your stream, even temporarily, to see your hands and screen setup as you play. Double win.

Don't do it. If you play even slightly worse than normal doing it it'll be "evidence" that proves you're hacking. If you play as good as normal you're just playing Avilo's game. You lose either way.

Can you answer why your DT's where rallied to the back (exact) point of the Obs path? IMO this is SUS, i know avilo calls hacks on everyone he loses too but there is some fishy things still going on here. As well the stalkers looking for unit was a little weird to me.

Why would I rally invisible units into the obs or have some magical program set to do that (you'd think if I have hacks this well thought out I'd have something set for that). Also I don't remember making DT's in the avilo game, but I've played a ton of games so I might be wrong.

Avilo accused NoRegret of hacking. NoRegret linked his stream. Avilo said he was still hacking. NoRegret added an over-the-shoulder cam. Avilo said he had just temporarily turned off his hacks. All because NoRegret sent his overlord to the closest possible base without shift-rallying to the next one.

they were High Temps, I'm sorry. But never the less why would you rally to the back? Prep for drop? It was to the exact point the obs was rallied to. Can you please explain?

It's really sad to say but if anyone else than Avilo had accused Winter of hacking (even an unknown) would have had more credibility for it... I don't even say this out of hate or anything, It's just how it is, he just tends to accuse anyone who makes the slightest suspicious move, how can you not see that there is a lot of luck involved in starcraft

Edit: in regard to the post above mine, I'm not sure how that is suspicious at all?

How is it not? He Rally's to the back(direct path of obs) then re rally's to another point(direct path of obs) in the back and then to the 3rd. Why? Just explain why you did this. I'm not saying your hacking... honestly no one will ever know if winter is hacking BUT him. I Frequently watch both streams(not at the same time but as a fan) and honestly im sick of the Winter/Avilo witch hunts that the community goes on about you two. Who the fuck cares if winter is botting? No money out of my pocket. Avilo did a FAIR annalists very unbiased. The shit you did in this game is suspect. I think everyone can agree with that.....Lastly If you really think about it, you two ding dongs do more harm for sc2 than good.

I wouldn't bother responding to avilo honestly. We know you aren't hacking, just let him rage like he does versus everyone else and accusing everyone else of map hacking.

I'm just going to say this as someone who went into the thing open minded. There is extremely good evidence of a cheat being used. I at first was skeptical, because it is Avilo. After watching the vod and hearing all he had to say there is insurmountable evidence winter is using a cheat. I honestly would be ashamed if I had anything to do with supporting Winter. This kid is the most manipulative person I have seen on Twitch since ZileanOP. He can make all the fake liquid accounts he wants to post on here. This kind of bullcrap gets out eventually. I can't wait for him to get perma banned. It is going to be beautiful.

Why are there no Protoss games from you in there? Aren't you a random player?

Someone linked confirmation bias, and Avilo. I enjoy both your and Winter's play quite equally so I have quite a neutral opinion here.

There's a problem across games where you can review someone's information while seeing both sides at the same time, and regular play can look really strange when you have both information feeds running. CSGO has this problem in Overwatch, where you can see both teams silhouettes through walls, and just normal aim patterns can look odd because of the feeds.

Winter sending an army to a new third isn't suspicious, he's defending his new base from attacks (since it's pretty normal to assume that there will be an obs almost anywhere on the map, especially new base locations). Some movements such as rallies can all be mistakes, such as remembering you're Avilo - a terran player, better get ready for drops. Oh wait you're protoss, don't need to do that.

I'm not saying that exactly corresponds to the examples you provided, rather you should keep these things in mind when watching his movements. Remove the thought process you were having at the timestamp and put yourself in your shoes. You barely play protoss compared to him so it's difficult, I understand.

But you should still keep in mind he's not a pro Protoss player, and nor are you. Imagine watching two gold league protosses go at it, and some units go somewhere where it's abnormal or for one normal and abnormal the other, is one hacking? No, you just don't play protoss and are doing abnormal movements.

Egads Winter is hacking?! Say it ain't so! Good thing we have our neighborhood avilo to keep us well informed on these titillating events.

After reviewing the "evidence" I can say a PvP was played and the better player won...
