Here is a replay against QuanticFlo thats currently GM (as was requested 3 pages ago). Don't think they maphack, from what I've heard some accounts are from Maker and Artist, although I'm not sure of it. When I asked the player if it was Flo he replied no, so it's probably someone else.

It is in fact illigal to wrongly claim copyright and request something to be removed from the internet. At least in USA under DMCA i would not be supeized if blizzard owns coopyright on all replays (user agreement) so claiming coopyright and not be blizzard is illigal. But i think his claim was nonsense about illigal to film someone and not a coopyright claim. Lucky him.

Funny how we'll only ever catch the idiots that are seemingly not even trying to hide the fact that they're hacking. :'( I'm sure there are quite a few actually good pro's using hacks in online tournaments, just judging from bw history..

Is there hacking going on there ? Does anyone have replays ? Because 7accounts with the same name in GranMaster is just fishy as hell for me.

On a more serious note, I think it's sad that people hack, but they're in every game, sadly. The only thing we can do is to keep reporting them, or find practice partners so that we don't have to ladder & risk meeting them.

Ok, so this is amusing as hell for me being in the legal profession. Lets start from the top:
1: Unless you are magic, you cannot get a court date in 2 weeks. He also can't get your addess to serve through Bnet or your IP provider, unless they give it to him for some reason. You work on the court's time, not yours. No one cares about you. 2: Recording someone without approval is only illegal in some states. Also, recording an SC2 game does not count. You have to record a person or their voice, not the end result of them using their computer from an unknown number of miles away. Also, you cannot call the people know they are recording and then claim they did not ask you. That is like watching someone light a fire, sticking your hand in and then yelling at them for not telling you that the fire was hot. 3: If he is suing you, it is a civil case. No one goes to jail at the end of a civil case, since it is for money. Also, being a diplomat's son does not grant someone special protection that the court will care about. 4: If he is a diplomat's son, it is unlikely that he is an america citizen(unless he was born in the US, which makes his dad the longest running diplomat I am aware of). Non-citizens are able to bring legal actions in the US, but it is a pain in the ass. 5: Also, people under the age of 18 have a difficult time bringing legal actions, since they are minors. I think our boy lightpwnr has a diffcult time with everything in general.
Through the power of Whitepages reverse look up I have found that the phone number provided does not appear to lead to any law firm. Really, if you do a google search, this thread is the second thing that pops up.
The poorly crafted lies of the SC2 hacker. It appears SC2 is not the only thing they are terrible at.
