Gonna second this guy here. I played him the other day on a 4-p map in HotS, and he did a 3-rax allin with SCVs and no scout. I don't know how he got into masters, though, since the photon overcharge shuts that down pretty quickly.

This absolutely shows nothing. BL is way more prevalent as well versus mech so there are a whole bunch of players who add blind ports.

That has ALMOST happened to me before, I think he simply tricked you. I've had an opponent say, in the chat, "has left the game."
Since it has their name in front of it, there's a chance for you to go to where "score screen" would normally be, but instead it says "surrender" since they're still in the game and you leave on accident :D

What you are describing is a tie, and it can happen legit on unstable server/lag. There is no public or such "tie/disc" hack.
This happens very often during legit ladder play, sometimes both players will get a tie with no points lost, sometimes 1 person will get points lost and the other would not.
So you can't really accuse the player of "hack" when this happens pretty commonly. Blizzard is pretty good at not letting stuff like tie/disc hacks live long, There used to be on in 2011 and was patched very fast. So chances are you guys had legit b.net issues at that time.

Description: blatant maphack, 6 pools and rallies lings straight to base on TDA, looks at my base through fog multiple times (5.24 for example) and calls assumed builds after doing so based on the stuff he hasnt seen. at 8.03 runs to pick off gateway with lings outside of cannon range, 14.55 looks at my base through fog at collosus bay and says 'collosus eh', watches my army move out through fog, heaps more but that was only most notable stuff.
