I was playing 1v1 ladder Master League with this guy Duffygirl and got 6 pool lings/drones rushed. Until this part, everything is normal. But, after checking the replay, I found myself in player's view mode (Duffgirl), Entombed Valley - 4 position map - and just seeing him moving around in my main and preparing rally points directly to my base without any kind of scout (even the overlord he purposely send it in the other way).

Then I checked his match history and what I saw? 3 or 4 wins in a row with the same tactic IN THE SAME 4 POSITION KIND OF MAPS.

Edit: It is likely (even if not for certain) that it is his account. On other thread he expressed his interest on 'practice buddy search engine': http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=335250#6 . I searched 'Thylacine' from that service and got one hit (Thylacine.771): http://scvrush.com/users/6882-thylacine . I added that account as character friend in SC2 client and that account matched the replay's account.
Edit2: It might also be that the previous is not his or he has several accounts with same name. In this thread: http://www.teamliquid.net/blogs/viewblog.php?id=355984 he reports a _different_ 'Thylacine' -named account to be his.

I want to tell you one story, long time ago a player tried to cannon rush me on a 4p map, he was trying to be greedy so he didn't scout completely and know what happened? He cannon rushed the wrong main and then was forced to gg and I won the game. But imagine if he guessed right? Would that mean he is maphacker, no it wouldn't. So I believe we should have at least 2 replays to prove a player is a maphacker.

I've played AReS a few times and he never seemed like a maphacker to me aswell, but I guess if the guy provides a replay for his claim its at least worth looking into even if its just 1 and not 2 replays.. 2 replays is probably not enough either, but once there is a suspicion its easy to get more replays of a specific player
