You have to provide some kind of evidence/proof (screenshots/replays etc.) if you are going to accuse somebody.
Additionally, a supporting comment of what people should be looking for and when will be necessary if you are posting replays/evidence. |
Yes, that was me IMBA. I have alrdy contacted Cloaken about him and he is currently on his case. Shouldn't be long but good to provide additional proof. It seems easy to find out the new accounts hackers make after getting banned since they all play together and it isn't hard to connect the dots really.

I mean, frankly, you should just be banned anyway. Of course you do. 2 Replays on the exact same day... my play is the exact same level as when I was hacking.... I was also here explaining it on the exact same day... and nobody has been here with the notion of me hacking since... and despite playing since the day of release, nobody's ever heard of me hacking before... Then he began streaming all of his play and now he's doing really well, featured on TL etc.. I don't know why people still to this day believe that if you stream, you don't hack. You can stream and hack at the same time... ...right. I thougt it was kind of obvious that I meant streaming himself playing while not maphacking (lol). If somebody wants to come clean, it's easy by just perhaps streaming all of his play for maybe a couple of weeks and prove that he's still about the same GM rank or whatever.

Hacker name: Hailey Server: NA League: Masters Replay: http://drop.sc/283735 Description: I play random and roll zerg, he's Terran on Antiga Shipyard. About a minute in, before any of his SCVs have gotten even halfway across the map, he says "no 6 pool? i'm disappointed". He knows what race I am AND that I am building drones, or at least not building a spawning pool. His scout gets to my base on first try, plants Engineering bay to block my natural hatch without scouting my main to confirm I am there (it IS possible that he saw my overlord and decided not to go into my main, but that's very uncommon). I then go for a one base baneling bust. He says "gl with that baneling bust", again without ever having seen the inside of my main (again, could be a guess), he then takes his 6 barracks that he has built and forms a wall at his ramp to prevent against the unscouted baneling bust. I won the game with speedlings and banelings and a spine, but he was taunting me with the fact that he had map hacks.

You're not getting what im saying.
You can stream your gameplay, appear to play legitly, while still map hacking using a 2nd monitor (this won't be shown on the stream obviously.)
Streaming proves nothing.

afaik it is possible (not only possible but even a feature of f.ex xsplit) to hide processes (hacks do not modify sc2 directly), so you wouldn't even need two monitors.

some hacks (i can't speak for all) extract memory from sc2 and presenting the data in an overlay (take a quick look at repo at opensource hack from hacking site to confirm this). combine them with f.ex stream privacy and voila. xsplit also has 'gamesource' which only captures the game you specify, so any hacks external you'd use wouldn't show up.

no, it doesn't seem like it. will probably try to make a summary post on battle.net/reddit/whatever before christmas with the latest additions to see if that helps, but keep in mind that that is only one of the purposes of this thread.

Hacking on a second monitor doesn't sound possible.. I heard someone claim you could stream while map hacking without the map hacks showing if you used xsplit to capture a game source instead of screen region. It was just some random guy bragging about map hacking in the team liquid chat channel though, so he might have been talking out of his ass.

Actually if you have a second monitor it would be pretty easy. I know there's a hack that shows you what's going on in the game (sort of like a production tab) in a separate window. That's enough to be able to hack and stream.

Just want to let you guys know that I am friends with RainbowDash. I didn't know he was a maphacker, but I don't mind exposing his other account, Unleashed. He is also known as Patrizio. He is italian.
If any of that information helps expose him, then I am glad to help. When I get home, I will try to find his sc2ranks profile for his Unleashed account.
I knew he was terrible. He had me level his account from rank 100 masters to top 8 for him and then a week later he gets Grandmasters. I asked how and his response was "I just got really good!"

Can we get NewChelsea from NA on the list already? Posted about him already. If anyone else has run into him please reinforce my plea to get him on the list. Everytime I play him I have to metagame and go marine tank right after expo because he always does the same 1 base marine tank. So I don't have any good replays other than the first one I posted where I was caught off guard since I just blind counter him now. But, please say something if you've played him as well. Thank you. I'm always matching him and it's such a pain.
