You have to provide some kind of evidence/proof (screenshots/replays etc.) if you are going to accuse somebody.
Additionally, a supporting comment of what people should be looking for and when will be necessary if you are posting replays/evidence. |
Hmm... remember the mKcpandalove debacle from earlier? Well, run http://drop.sc/202111 through the hack parser. Says pandalove is using camera lock hack
Run http://drop.sc/171522 through it as well, also says camera lock hack. Says mKcBenji also uses camera lock.
http://drop.sc/167301 again pandalove camera locking
http://drop.sc/92364 again camera locking
http://drop.sc/166316 again camera locking
So those were the first 5 replays of Pandalove I looked at that weren't erroring because of SC2 version incompatibility (as the parser is not written to accept 1.5.0 or higher). They all came positive for camera locking. Now I know we are not 100% sure of the source code yet, but I ran about 15 of my own replays through it and didn't get a single false positive, and I imagine someone would've posted a false positive by now if they were common. I think it's 99% safe to say pandalove is a hacker, though I was already convinced he was earlier by what happened when I caught him earlier.

I'll gladly provide all the replays if people would like to see for themselves.

Well, at least you admit it. It ok though anyone who knows knows you're not an actual hardcore hacker. Way to hack for a few days though -_- Wow. Terrible attitude. I don't care if it's 1 game or 100 games. A hacker mentality is a hacker mentality. Account deserves to be banned. The point is when you were called out on it, you denied it like crazy. You should have admitted to it right away if you wanted to pull that card. We do forgive hackers here if they are clean for a bit Only person we don't forgive here is savior
Well. Considering he said he was doing it to troll people (harmful to the community), lied about it when called on it, now admits it, yet doesn't exactly seem sorry for doing it. If he did indeed again lie and it's more than a few days, he doesn't deserve forgiveness.

ROFL @ zoohairz being so quick to admit he hacked once the hack parser caught him. Back when we were bringing those replays up when they first came out, he was in this thread vehemently denying it (in and around page 90). I was saying he should be added to the OP since we had multiple replays but Zwei didn't agree...now tell me if you really believe zoohairz saying he only hacked for a couple days because he "lost his passion for SC2" LOL. Replays show it spanning at least a month, and his play is frequently suspicious.
I propose he be added to the OP.

edit; why is zooharz having his friends come back him up lol "todeskampf" Actually it's called not fucking a guy's reputation over before all the evidence is in. Normally the way this would be done when there may be alternative reasons (i.e. not something so obvious as blink hack or always proxy 2 gating right spot) is by PMing the shit to the guy who is doing this thread, or otherwise creating yourself a large multi-replay sample size with analysis. However, now that shit's been posted anyways one replay at a time, we should not be rushing to judgment, even though I admit this looparound is hard to explain - but keep in mind we are watching a short segment of an 11 minute game that is somehow at around 20 supply for each player... at that point in the game. So this is an abnormal game already to begin with. ZoohairZ reputation? He's only known for flaming the shit out of people that beat him...and now hacking rotfl Well, BM is different from hacking. I mean granted quite a bit of this shit is really fucked up looking. I think it's funny though that look at the way he has responded, he immediately goes and loads up his stream and claims to "stream and play in a ton of LANs" but his last stream vod is like a year old...lol I played a lot of d3 since release until recently, just started playing alot of sc2 again this season. What do you want me to say/do? Somebody asked me to stream my ladder so i did. everything i say and/or do will be put into question now. Its alright. dont blame you guys. EDIT: There's a TON of people who hate me, way more people hate me than like/support me. There's going to be a lot of ppl trying to bring me down/shun me now. So im just gonna continue playing and streaming games probably.

there was nothing sarcastic there in that first line.

As I mentioned in the other thread I loaded bunch of replays to the JamesHollywood's service. Many ScNzoohairZ' replays returned 'Camera Lock Count: 1' as result. I chose two shortest of those replays and watched them in game speed (faster) and possible camera lock places second time in 'normal' speed. Then I skimmed through the replay action lists and checked some situations in-game. Still I could not find (in reasonable time) for certain where the camera locks that the service claimed to detect happened.
But now as ScNzoohairZ admitted that he is a hacker, it is likely that the service detected the locks correctly in his case (but it is still unknown if the service is trustworthy in every case as the detection method is not public). Those two replays can be found below:

I just found this thread and I dont know if it's already been discussed but... Isnt there a game where they put all the maphackers all in one league? Let the cheaters cheat each other.

A russian has apparently succeeded in hacking the database of the forum where a very popular undetected hack is purchased, and gotten a list of hackers. He is apparently at work at the moment (the thread at good game is rather new) and will post the full list with proof shortly. Currently he has posted a few EU names with some in GM. One is confirmed hacker Heisenberg, so now we known which hack he uses.
Not going to post their names right now until the russian guy posts proof, but it seems legit at the moment. If you are high masters/GM on EU and would be willing to check your replays for replays involving these people, please pm if you'd also be willing to send me replays involving them just to check and see.
p.s. Earlier that was me taking ZoohairZ on his word about hacking for just a few days after being emo from Diablo. Guess he's just totally dirty. Used to be on Team Revoki with him so I habitually gave him the benefit of the doubt.

False positives were detected so it's been disappeared into staff forums for now, pending review.

Seems like VC users are pretty comfortable with this. Even if true, how will Blizzard use the information? It was like enter one's house without permit, the evidence should not even be public.
btw, I was searching for the mechanics of camera lock on d3scene and found the post of this.

No, hacking is absolutely unacceptable. For the ranking system to have any meaning whatsoever (and in this thread we are talking about semi-hardcore gamers of masters/GM) there needs to be not a single hack.
Also, it is bloody unethical. You are not being smart, cute, fun in any way. You are just trying to improve your pathetic ego by annoying people who have worked pretty hard to achieve theese rankings. You are just being a pestilence to a great community, when you annoy people by your silly proxies, perfect defenses and disconnects when you are about to lose a game.
Just see a few pages ago, what two immature kiddos who were caught hacking and got banned, wrote:

EZ
This is not contributing in any way to this game, it's extremely annoying for the rest of the players and is in no way something smart and cool. Hackers should be eliminated from the community both in and out of the game.
Also, congrats to the guys who run this thread. It's an amazing effort that has finally started bearing fruits!

No confirmed false positives were found, and the licensing was okay with GNU. I decided to remove it because of all the attention it is getting and people expecting it to be a finished product. I have now ran it with over 1000 replays from LANS and still not received a false positive. I will likely release it later but with more of a disclaimer and a couple thousand test results to back it up.
