A contract is a legal obligation. If a company violates that contract, they have broken a legal agreement with you, and a lawsuit is your means of receiving what you are entitled to, or something of equivalence. If a company hired you under false pretenses, it's COMMON SENSE that the company is NOT one you should work for. Company loyalty has to be earned. | ||
