Now, if you do that 10 times in one year, there's probably something wrong with you instead of the employers, but as far as I know, that's not the case for the leaving EC members. | ||

A contract is a legal obligation. If a company violates that contract, they have broken a legal agreement with you, and a lawsuit is your means of receiving what you are entitled to, or something of equivalence. If a company hired you under false pretenses, it's COMMON SENSE that the company is NOT one you should work for. Company loyalty has to be earned. | ||
