I think the only player who said their own race was overpowered was Genius around the time he won blizzard cup, he said protoss was the best race.
Also, the elephant is basically a rotting carcass at this point.

Therefore, the argument about which race has won the GSL the most is invalid because each season didn't have the same patch and in my opinion that makes a huge difference. Also, counting the GSL opens and first couple of GSL seasons don't even count (in my opinion) because nobody even knew how to play the metagame at that time. If you want to do the statistics about which race won the GSL the most (regardless of patch) I would start with the GSL's played in 2012 and forward because we can't really make a comparision until at least two more rounds of GSL are played (on the same patch) then I feel that should be an efficient enough sample size to do the statistics and analysis on. So then by your way of measuring protoss has 0 GSL wins? you sure make a strong case
You can't make a strong case if races have received match altering buffs and de-buffs. It's just my opinion though.

it doesn't take a wizard to see that the matchup is tough for terran in the lategame... think about, logically, what compositions are going against each other.
he has strong understanding of the gameplay without knowing the game specifically inside and out.

That's 1 tournament. Besides the 5 korean terran gods (mvp, polt, mma, mkp and alive/jakji), every other terran (except thorzain and select) is suffering hard. High master / grandmaster terrans are suffering hard too.

Whether he's trolling or not, I don't see a reason to take his words seriously (even a god can have a sense of humor). I'm waiting for his games rather the balance discussion since we have already too much of this here on TL forums.

Ok, my mistake. Didn't read properly. But what foreign protoss has won a major tournament this year?
edit- also it was interesting to me that in the one major tournament that didn't feature Koreans (The Gathering) terrans took 1st, 2nd and 3rd places. That doesn't sound like the foreign terrans are doing too bad to me.
