Whether Flash is qualifited/experienced enough to talk about balance is besides the point. Anyone can be wrong. Now I'm not saying Flash's opinion is wrong here, but people need to open their minds and accept that even Flash being wrong is a possibility.

I think Flash is at least half joking.
When Yellow started playing, his first thoughts about Terran and Protoss were imbalanced (especially Terran).
Though when he said it ("What! Terran units can go in medics and medics can fly?! IMBA!!!"), you knew he was joking (or at least being surprised at the new stuff Terran gets).

Flash is the best RTS player of all time. I'd take his snap balance judgement over some mediocre pro's any day. It's laughable that people are saying he's just a noob and doesn't know what he's talking about.

Hmm, again, not quite the same, Yellow was never high master like this.
People underestimate Flash's understanding of SC2 after 500 games at mostly KR high master level...

Flash, like it or not, has literally no knowledge of the evolution of the metagame. He doesn't know why the EMP radius was nerfed.

Flash is the #1 StarCraft player, undoubtedly, in the world.
Of course right now he's only 1000 something on LADDER. So yes, he is by far a shadow of his BW status. That's why he's humble.

Right now he may be thinking toss is op (I will not post my opinion on my thoughts on toss  ) but for all you know in another month he thinks toss is UP and is smashing them.
We all know how good flash is, give him more then the little time he's played sc2 before saying what he says is 100% fact and he knows exactly what he is talking about in terms of sc2 when the guy hasn't played that much. I don't mean any offense but it is irritating to see people saying flash knows more about sc2 then anybody else and to take his word as 100% fact when you shouldn't ever even if he had been playing sc2 the whole time as one player saying something no matter how good should ever be seen as can never be wrong...
On a note a good interview and hopefully something is said about the true best player jaedong .
