Now no disrespect to any of those other players but as of right now Boxer is the only legend among those 4 listed. Just wanted to throw that out there even though it is pretty obvious and I'm sure most people thought the same. =P It's marketing, who the hell gives a shit. Obviously they're going to exaggerate, it would be dumb for them not to. Every commercial you see on TV is exaggerated too, marketing legally does give license to make claims that are not always 100% true or proven. What? Does it work that way in US/Canada? Cause it's laughable ... It works like that everywhere. Don't be a tool and stir up the usa criticism on false grounds here

On topic, gl to both, feel like Thorzain should be a new kickstart for EG's results, seems needed those days If you actually cared for ThorZain's well-being you would wish he quit SC2 and went to school. And I couldn't care less about esports. Because you know what's best for Thorzain better than he knows himself, right? Yes. well considering huk is reportedly paid 6 figures... i think its not that bad How long can he keep that up ? From economical (which I am arguing from) standpoint your best bet is going to school. Of course from general point of view I cannot know what is best for ThorZain. But school is statistically your best bet anyway in nearly all scenarios. If that's the case you should be telling everyone in mouz to go to school, because economically all of them are being stupid for doing pro-gaming, no? Also if we use a discounted cash flow model I bet for Thorzain in particular choosing to play for EG this one year is better than going to school immediately. woooo boys, It sounds like he still plans to go to school, just that he's taking time off...a sabbatical to play stacraft whilst the money is good...It's not like he's going to lose his interest, and to be fair I'm sure he will keep it up over the year in some regard...like revising and stuff

But school is statistically your best bet anyway in nearly all scenarios. i take it you are not one of those "no regrets" people. people should do what they want so that they don't live their entire life thinking "what if" and regret not doing what they really desired when they are younger. you don't know what is best for thorzain because you aren't thorzain. you may think you know what is best for him, but that is just your opinion and not everyone has the same desires for their life. yes, an education may get him a cushy office job and steady salary, but if you are going to live your life regretting not trying for the pro-sc2 life then is it really worth it? i, for one, think not, and i chose the steady job and lifestyle. (mainly because i would have never made it at sc:bw anyways. ;-) ) Nice of you to completely miss me specifying that I am talking from economical standpoint. And regrets can go both ways, he can regret not going to school earlier. But that is geting too off-topic. I was just trolling slightly with those posts, because people responding to my original post completely missed the point.

Awesome. I generally root against EG, but now I'll have to root for ThorZaIN

OH MY GOD! EG just became my favorite team! You lucky bastards, getting thorzain is like winning the lottery. Sad he leaves mouz, but glad to see you are sending him to Korea! Just promise me one thing EG: Get him a new computer, that doesn't crash every time he streams! Please please, pretty please! Congratz to both! Thorzain, you handsome swede ♥
edit: oh, and keep cool announcements coming, they be fun!

It doesn't work like that in France at least, and i'm pretty sure in Germany too. You can criticize what 100% proven means (especially clinical test) but that's all. Being a big company allows you to avoid legal issues when class action isn't available because nobody is gonna try to trial you for false claims, but it's possible. Look at the recent Nutella case in the US to be sure that both of you are telling bullshit.

Wow huge pick up, excited for the team and Thorzain!

Congrats on a new team taht provides you with the suppport to continue your progmaiomg career without second thoughts! Sick to see Throzain in another year of tourneys across the world. ^_^ So much EG hate, why can't anyone just be happy a player is getting all his tourney trips paid for the next year (EG sends their high-profile players to just about any and every event they desire around the world). Never understood how people can't just be happy for the player (especially with such a hugely supportive organization behind them now.). Every EG player says the organization treats them so well and ensures they can focus solely on the game with everything else taken care of (sentiments from Huk and Idra from interviews). GL Thorzain, sick pick-up EG.

I feel kind of bad for Mouz sports, they're losing a good player.

Slayers has been in a slight slump but that'll be all over now that they're training with thorzain again \o/.

That is not what this is about. Marketers are good at their job to blow things up out of proportion. Since 'legendary' is such a loose term they can throw it around easily. And every, literally every, commercial tries to hype up their brand. "Washing Powder X is quite ok compared to other brands." Or "This is the best powder ever! Just look at how those stains disappear right in front of you!"
What looks better for the viewer?

Meh, defecting from one of my favourite teams to my least favourite team. I'll miss cheering for Thorzain.

Just went through this thread scanning for red text... found nothing, still very entertaining tears. = )
