This means that MLG and Twitch are going to have far more stable revenue streams and will be able to do more things with that. Those Twitch ads are also going to improve the revenue for anyone using Twitch: streamers, cups, major tournaments, shows, whatever. Overall this is allowing esports access to the marketing world it has been fighting to gain entry to for a long time. Ah, thanks. You explained it a lot better than the article did tbh. I can see why it's very good then. More money into the scene is always great. MLG might keep their Manathan building flor then ! *rolleyes* Just kidding obviously. :p

it looks like CBSi is just a somewhat better way to stream content, with better advertisers, which will help with revenue, somewhat? again, not exactly earth-shattering

What this means is that we'll get more ads during MLG, in variety and quantity. This is no different from Facebook or Youtube putting in more ads to increase revenue.

(Asking for Liquipedia purposes) Edit: I guess it also appears here: http://www.adweek.com/news/technology/cbs-interactive-games-links-twitchtv-gamespot-partners-pro-gamer-orgs-139640?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter Just find it strange that they aren't included in the original press release. Maybe they are releasing another one entirely just for NASL?
