So, the only logical conclusion is that Genius will advance as #1, Supernova as #2 (but they will not meet in the group), and then they will face off again in the final where Genius wins 4-2. ONLY LOGICAL CONCLUSION.

Correction: PartinG most likely won't lose any series where the games lasts long enough for him to get psi storm*

He got Psi storm up in the regame and lost that too, but okay, I'll give you that. PartinG has sick storms. I'm just a bit tired of all the MKP-hate and PartinG-hype lately.

Y did Genius choose Naniwa? OMG!
Parting and MKP rematch.. GO PARTING!!!!

As far as MKP goes, I wouldn't say people are hating on him, it's just that he's become the innocent victim of the whole GSTL incident, not much to be done about that, and even though he all-round is probably the best player right now, the reason he doesn't get as much hype, is quite simply because that's common knowledge now. People see him as the world number one, people expect him win all the time. It comes with being the best I'm afraid, people will always start hating on the guy that takes down all their favourite players, it just goes with the title.

People shouldn't hate on MKP, he's the all around best player atm. I personally would still give that title to DRG but for some reason he's not playing anywhere near his actual skill level. Parting deserves the hype as he's able to stand against people like that imo.
I feel like MKP is the only terran who might be favored against Parting... and I don't even think he is. Parting has shown that he can take him out pretty convincingly as well.

Haha, nah, I agree. Was just pointing out one game that came to mind where PartinG storms lost.
But yeah, I was a bit sad that I was LR'ing when the incident happened (the GSTL thread and IPL threads were mine). It was kinda deflating to LR after that, and have all the polls so skewed towards "no" in recommendations to watch.

PartinG can beat MKP for sure once it gets lategame, but let's not forget the score is still fairly lopsided. Once PartinG learns to fend off MKP's early pressure and get to, say, 15 minutes with comparable tech and eco, then he might do well.
I'm wondering if any other terrans catch on and we start to see everyone 2-rax or all-in PartinG haha. Or really early ghost rushes.

a bit sad that 3 terrans in a group, all zerg in 1 group and 3 toss in 1 group.
but it looks okay anyways

My predictions Group A - Virus Supernova Group B - Taeja thestc Group C - July Leenock Group D - Squirtle Oz

Naniwa got lucky, his group is probably the easiest. I'd say it's easier than his Ro32 group. He may well be able to advance.

I agree it must be really hard to lose when you have HT+Collossi but Parting has managed to lose 2 (basically 3) series against MarineKing.. nearly all of the games were beyond 8 minutes.

My predictions are:
Group A -> Nani, Supernova Group B -> MvP, Leenock Group C -> Parting, MKP Group D -> Oz, Maru
|
Balanced groups I must say, looking forward to it.

They can both destroy Parting. you should watch gstl more often . marineking "lost" that game on entombed valley and he was 180 supply and parting was 130 on a battle ; mkp was splitting all army cuz of storms + colossi and still lost . parting will not drope a single game if it goes over 8 minutes .
You should watch more games overall, MKP destroys Parting.

Can someone explain me how can MKP cuddle whole time with Leenock during Nominations and nobody finds it weird? That´s normal in Korea or what?

Cool, Naniwa has a good chance of advancing from his group.
