I dont know what to think about group B. If hero's pvz is where it is when he's playing smart i think he'll get second. But if July goes godmode I dont know what to think. But if mvp is playing like he did in his first games I think he flat wont make it out and it COULD be hero and a zerg or two zergs? But it feels really wierd to say I dont think leenock will make it through. -
I dont think Taeja has a prayer. =[

Leenock is better ZvZ than July. Leenock WILL beat MVP. Leenock vs Hero will probably go to Hero.
Leenock can beat 2 of the 3 players, it's just a matter of whether he gets the right matchups.

Ughhh, hoping for July and MVP, but I'm pretty sure neither will make it.

Where are you getting this from? Community assumptions aren't facts.. and if you had read Parting's interview after his matches last week you'd know this is bullshit. Mr. Chae asked MKP yesterday about July saying that Prime players and the Startale players stopped greeting each other since the GSTL final. Instead of denying it, MKP said that the two teams have been on bad terms since the final. The morning after the final, Startale players supposedly had a lot of mean comments for MKP, and especially since MKP was good friends with Startale players before, this was very unsettling for him, which affected his play that day and contributed to him getting knocked out. He wants the two teams to make up behind the scenes and be on good terms again although he is fine with getting a rivalry going in matches. [Parting and Virus look uncomfortable during MKP's interview, while Squirtle gives a deathglare (?) and July has his arms crossed and head tilted as he gives his order for an assassination] MKP picking Taeja was a gesture to mend Prime and ST's relationship. He said that he himself would rather not face Taeja because he finds Taeja a difficult player to go against and he would prefer to play a protoss, but he still picked Taeja. Even Taeja himself before MKP actually picked up his name said "No, I don't like that. I don't want to be picked by MKP and I would much rather be in Group D". Did they expect MKP to forfeit his game out of sportsmanship? Seems a bit petty to hold grudges in a competitive game.
MKP did nothing wrong in that match. If GSTL is an individual league, then yes, people might hate on him. But it's a team league, and no progamer would forfeit an unsettling game like that and throw away his team's victory. Today, MKP did the best do ease the pain between the two teams by picking Taeja for Parting, but looking at Startale's players' reactions throughout the group selection made me realize that his effort might have been in vain

Is there any way to watch the korean commentators instead of the english ones? I'm confused. The Gom player has the ability to switch between english and korean casters build right in. Wait, seriously? Where is that option?!

Oh my apologies, I didn't realize there was a difference.

Ouch. If that's true, that is unbelievably unprofessional and if any of these people also spoke out against Naniwa they are massive hypocrites. How is that unprofessional? I very much doubt they went up to him and spat in his face or said any of it to him straight-up, and it would be naive to assume the teams are on friendly terms after the fiasco that was the GSTL. Also, I don't see how speaking out against Naniwa would make them "massive hypocrites" as the situations are entirely different. (And anyways, none of them did, for the record. If you paid attention to what was said about Naniwa post-probe-rushing NesTea, you'd realize that ST players were completely silent about the situation because he's their teammate, and it was the other teams who made snide comments.)

I'm gonna go balls on this one and say HerO makes it out 4-0. BECAUSE HE CAN. And the rest is hard to call. I don't want zergs to disappear but I've always enjoyed MVP... So I'll hope for the best to win.

watched the vod of this, thought naniwa's answer towards genius was hilarious. wish they would subtitle these things as john missed some stuff.

Parting has only T's. MKP is the best in the world atm. Taeja em TheSTC are newbies in Ro16 in GSL Code S. This will be a walkover for Parting and MKP.
Group of Death is definitely C, since three out of 4 players have been to the GSL finals, and Hero has been on a tear lately. My guess is Leenock and Hero go through. I think you're underestimating Taeja and TheSTC, both of them are beasts (Taeja more so than theSTC), they just didn't show it yet in GSL; I also think that Parting/MKP will advance, but it will be pretty close and this group should produce very good matches, imo
It's not that I'm underestimating. You can say everyone that's on Code S Ro16 is a "beast". I'm just following results. Parting and MKP are out of their league, which is not the say they will have a easy time. They'll need to earn their wins. Still you can't argue that Group C is much harder to predict than B

Alica, Puzzle, Parting heard hype all before MC is and will forever be Protoss President. This will be round PartinG gets exposed for eco greed.
A -Naniwa Virus B- Leenock Hero C- MKP Teaja D- MC OZ

Time for the sad zergling

Group B with the slight edge but barely, both B and C are such difficult groups its going to be hard for Taeja and Hero1

Also, I dont see how anybody can say anything but group c for group of death.
Parting's PvT is insane. And hes with 3 terrans. MKP is crazy good, and rematch from GSTL? Hells yea thestc looked superb in the RO32 And you know things are intense when Taeja (imo) is going to have a rough time making it out of the group.
