When I first saw this thread I thought it was an a hilarious comment about all the different things that symbolize our community, its drama and hype. But then all of a sudden, the tread explodes with TB's tweet to get more votes? I mean, DJWheat, Day9, and Husky have all used their twitter to get more votes. Its not like there is any prize at the end, this is purely just a fun event that seems to have lost sight of that....
On that note, I sure hope that HuK's top 3 control can make it to the next round, but he sure does have a hard time if its going to get anywhere past those imba trumpets.

This is just dumb. There is no deeper meaning to this it's just for fun. It's a popularity contest. Surprise! whoever wants to use his popularity to win the popularity contest is free to do so. Now cut it out.
Personally I'm hoping July makes some upsets because I would just love to see July's face get bigger and bigger until it becomes the sun around which all other esports orbits in bracket form.
That's just sad, the Artosis Pylon has become something really legit in game, if it lost to another of the other contenders eg, special tactics or top 3 control or chill get out, that really represent starcraft's "e-sport's e-sport", I think it's cool. But not to a "top hat" that has nothing to do with Starcraft 2, and was clearly losing by votes to the TL voters.
there was a certain legitimacy in the votes being of the TL/SC2 fan base. while i don't blame anyone but it really felt as if all the fun is gone. Oh wells.
