The tophat is about the man himself. TB has too many funny videos non-SC related to actually reference one, so I just gave you as many awesome links as possible in one page so you might get a better idea of just how influential TB is on the gaming community (and ESPORTS) at large.

wtf are you talking about lol, sacrificing myself on altars, okkk... this is whats happened over the course of the last few pages - i stated my own opinion that i was "upset" poopfeast lost and that TB has made it this far riding on the backs of his legion of followers. TB comes out of nowhere to reply directly to me and starts a pointless conversation which basically amounted to trolls trolling trolls. me and a few other people are entertained by the fact that this well known internet celebrity is throwing his weight around trying to defend himself in a thread about a fake esports tournament and making himself look stupid. every well known celebrity, e-famous or real famous has fans and haters, but most of them are smart enough not to go after the random haters and start 1 on 1 arguments with them in public settings. if it makes me stupid to keep responding to him, then i can live with that, i'm not a public figure in the SC2 community like this guy. no one will remember me or my comments by tomorrow. but this will just be 1 more instance of TB making himself look like a fool for taking a random comment made towards him a bit too personally.

My point stands, if you don't care you wouldn't post, you keep caring enough to reply to everyone who has quoted you. Maybe passionate isn't the correct word, but don't say you don't care when you obviously do.
