While I think we should be shunning people like Orb who BM within the community, I don't think it should be because of a word. I find people being offended by single words to have low moral character. So one one hand I don't see this as an overreaction to bad manner, on the other hand the reason given I feel is simply unacceptable.

ive covered this before, i think its unrealistic for idra to be fired he is worth 100x more than orb to EG and has gotten better recently in regards to homophobic language. If he uses the language i will say its unacceptable but i understand how business works and EG would be throwing away money if they fired idra. "Zero tolerance" (another way of saying 100% unacceptable) means termination on a single offense. It's not "Zero Tolerance" when someone gets away with it cause they make more money. Double standard, good sir.
