Yeah seriously, wheat would kill it on this show.. Love day9 but I can't say he would do as well
Wheat would be great imo. He's been around and I think he would fit a lot better than Day9. Also, i think iNcontroL would be really good to be on it. He's just a really good ambassador for the scene.

I don't think Day9/Artosis really have the personality to be on a JRE podcast. Slasher/Tasteless/DJWheat would be much better choices.
I am super excited for Artosis on Duncans podcast tho, I have been waiting ever since he tweeted it.
Eh, Slasher isn't a sc2 guy though. He's a full esports guy. I like him and am really happy he is independent again, but not sure he is the person to have on a show like this.

Yah Duncan trussel got shut down hard by Joe when he started going on about spawning pools, LOL.
I didn't read this whole thread but did anyone see Duncan trussel is having Artosis on his podcast this week? @ http://duncantrussell.com/ sposed to be up later this week.
Joe's not interested in computer games at all I don't see this working out.

Joe played quake hardcore for years actually.
He just had to get out of it because it was taking over his life.
As someone who watches the joe rogan podcast religiously, I can without a doubt say that DJWheat is the best man for the job. No offense to Day[9], but DJWheat would be way more up Joe's alley. Especially since they both smoke weed every day.

Day would make a great sidekick though.
Yeah I know. But now?
Duncan Trussel was telling him about starcaft on the show and he wasn't interested at all...
But i'm with ya on the DJWheat idea then. They could smoke weed and chill I spose.

DJWheat does sound like the best. Hes got the that diverse competitive gaming background and can probably related better with Quake and stuff.
Have some of you even listened to the Joe Rogan Podcast lol? Djwheat is the obvious choice and its not even close. He can relate with Quake, wouldn't mind dropping f bombs, and knowing Joe Rogan and Redban, conversations get pretty crude sometimes which would make Day 9 come off as awkward during those moments. I love Day 9 and think he's a great ambassador for the SC2 community, just not for a show like Joe Rogan Podcast. Plus, Djwheat has a longer track record of being in esports, whereas Day9 is primarily SC2.

Day9 has been around in esports for a very long time...he used to play BW at top levels since more than ten years ago. Sure, he hasn't done much outside of SC in general, but he's done waaay more than just SC2.
I think Day9 could handle the situation really well, even if apparently the show's host appears to be trollish and inflammatory. If not him, then Wheat.
don't get your feelings hurt when this doesnt work out kids. everyone appreciates your desire to contribute but this will not happen. it would be far too awkward even if it did. it wouldn't represent what you want it to, in the way that you want it to. it works with duncan cause he cares and is pretty awkward himself. just be thankful you get that much. don't be unrealistic and selfish. it's pretty huge that artosis is even going on duncan's show. it seems a little pompous to demand more starcraft people on more podcasts before it even happens the first time. especially when the host has made it pretty clear he doesn't want to make gaming part of his life anymore.
I wouldn't mind either day9 or djWheat, but if I had to choose, then I would go with djWheat. It is because he has a nice background in a lot of esports titles such as Counter-Strike, fighting games, Quake, etc. I know that day9 is a fan of fighting games since he often makes references of it and how he plays a lot with his friends and his brother. I just think djWheat is a better fit for this podcast.
