Of course, MVP has a really good understanding of all 3 races. But it is still impressive that he can master the mechanics of all 3 races to a level where he can beat Code S level players. He is good ZvT and PvT which is more expected since he plays terran and knows all the timings. But being able to beat P using P and Z is even more impressive. | ||

MC plays Terran off-race when he 2v2s for fun, so I take that he understands it fairly well, though he says he cheese alot when he plays. | ||

And playing another race on ladder, even though it's much harder than your main race, helps you learn about the game much faster and how each race reacts to what timings etc. I don't have a source or anything but I seem to recall an interview MVP had over 1 yr ago that he was originally going to play Protoss in Sc2 because of it's similarities to BW terran. Imagine if MVP played toss, there is a high chance that he would be one of the Protoss Hero that every brotoss is looking for right now. | ||
