I am not really sure if I understand the logic behind this idea. For example, if I as zerg wish to go for Brood Lords (against P or T), shouldn't I put down my fourth around the time that I start my hive? Is this an exception because of the very long time it takes to tech to brood lords? Or in ZvZ, if I want hydras, shouldn't I put down the hydra den when I start 5th+6th gas? The only way the last one makes sense to meis the reasoning that I secured those gases via roach tech, so I technically expanded while staying on roaches, and then when the gases were taken, I could make use of the third with tech. | ||

The problem with this build is your opponent will see that you went banelings before speed, and you will not beable to do anything if he simply takes a 3rd and drones heavy. You are now stuck on baneling tech with late speed, and it will be very difficult to not be behind economically afterwards. Also, double evo builds kills baneling openings before speed. Roach all in's kill this pretty badly as well. No speed means you cannot know waht your opponent is actually doing, makign it even harder to decide what to do when your speed finally finishes. | ||
