Honestly, I think TSL losing aLive would be worse than TSL losing Polt; Polt's amazing, but he's been doing a bit "ehhh" lately (same with aLive, but aLive's still in Code S), and Polt's going to have to head back to school sometime soon, whereas aLive doesn't really seem to have many commitments besides military service, and that's bound to happen to everyone sometime (including Moon).

I doubt it's Alive. Virgil wouldn't come here to post about it if it were Alive. He'd probably be sobbing quietly that TSL's "ace" was taken from them. Just my two cents though. All indication really points towards Moon.
