The 11th team has been created in Starcraft 2.
The new Starcraft 2 Team ‘RS’ has officially announced their appearance on the 10th. “RS” stands for the Rising Star and showed their eagerness to prove themselves to be the new rising stars
Yim Hyun Suk is the head coach/manager of the team ‘RS.’ The team includes 5 players with the protoss player Kim Doh Kyung ( Lure) who has made it to the GSL Season 1 Code A Qualifier and Lee Jong Hyun, Kim Choong Yin, Choi Min Soo, and Ahn Min Woo.
The Coach has stated that “For a long time I wanted to create a Starcraft 2 Pro Team with the right players. Unfortunately we have not been able to officially start a team and it was heartbreaking to lose some talented players. Therefore I have promised to officially announce the team when we have a player that successfully goes through the qualifier. This season, Kim Doh Kyung (Lure) has made it through the qualifiers and I was able to keep the promise. We are still not perfect, but we will continue to work hard. Look forward to our future.’

I had heard Mentalist wasn't playing for Infinity Seven a few days ago (despite the fact that he played for them in the NASL Team League Qualifiers against dtG)
I kinda saw the annoucement coming soon, but didn't expect it to be with another team.

No matter how good you get (even if you are the best), you always want to be on the rise.

Lure/Luer was on Check Six at one point, but as far as I'm aware he left the team a while back.

Makes no sense, Skit signed a 1yr contract with Fnatic's b-team, then I also saw mentalist's contact which he also signed despite me advising against it for a myriad of reasons (personally witnessed this one)
and then lure is like a 19~20yr old guy that still goes to school, barely takes the game serious -__-; and all these players anyway except for soulman/mentalist seem to refuse to accept their flaws that hold them back and rather just ignore it, it's why they've been stuck in the same skill level for the last 5months

I have a feeling all their contracts were ended then for various different reason.

no one is going to take anyone to court over a few hundred dollars left on a contract. and no team is going to force a player to play for them if he doesnt want to, its bad for both people involved (ex: col.naniwa)

Go read sixjax vs Major, and then also remember some sc2 players have 5-figure salaries. You didn't see the contracts, I did. Hence my statements.

Idk why Lastshadow is so angry, (Edit: If he's not then excuse me) it's kind of amusing that he is. From what I've heard is that Mentalist has an agreement with iS to play for them in international league under iS or iSRS. So I'm guessing Skit might be the same with Fnatic unless they had some kind of disagreement in the past making the academy team disband. (Also think about it? The Fnatic Academy team has not participated a single league yet)

Why does everyone assume that they'll be playing in the GSTL? They're barely even established...
EDIT: And judging by some of the players on the team, they seem to move teams too frequently for this team to be stable for the moment at least.
EDIT: Also don't know why everyone's bashing on Lastshadow for giving his frank opinion. A bit harsh and critical, but it's a good piece of opinion from someone who personally stayed with some of the players.

Just a quick modification just to show the star in middle.
I think the Team name Rising Star is fitting name for the new up and coming team. I also like the their Team Logo I can see the star between the two Letters. Good luck to the team and i hope you guys successful future.

Lol, Startale's logo is pretty bad, but it at least has some personality, albeit an incredibly dated one. (Should've stuck with the derpy star.)
