The rest is random drawing. Ro16 will be standard group nomination system. It seems like a good decision, as it should prevent MC from picking the strongest group and droping into Code B. At least in the Ro32.

No, I'm pretty sure it'll work the same way as last season, losers in the group stage will drop down to Code A. What this is announcing is a new group stage format where you can't hand pick players, but are instead randomized by GSL point rankings. | ||

...? Sen has arguably the best results of any foreigner, placing consistently high at almost every big event and Idra has a good deal of GSL points + MLG results. | ||

Says on website; The GSL format has been completely revamped for our 2012 series. As Code S Ro.16 will be played in dual tournament mode, Group Nomination has been moved after the Code S Ro.32 Group stage. Therefore, 2012 GSL Season 1 Code S Ro.16 Group Nomination will be broadcasted on January 20th, 2012. Only strongest 16 players who have qualified fierce competition will be in Group Nomination and you can enjoy more interviews and more contents. So they only showing the RO16 draw? Hope this is just bad wording, i like watching all of them talk to eachother and banter. Plus with Idra there im sure the banter will be up a level | ||
