And he has pretty poor knowledge about the game.

What? No, just no. In opposition to (edit: many) other casters he actually plays the game.

I'm sure he is enthusiastic but his constant screaming whenever something happens is unbearable.

Yes I've seen him play, he is pretty bad.

I really enjoy your casting as you don't really try to bullshit the audience, you say when you think a game is over, you admit your mistakes easily, etc. Furthermore, I really like that you are almost casting every single waking hour of your life. I tune in in the morning for up/down matches, there you are. Later in the day for KSL, there you are. In the evening, with another tournament, there you are. Some stamina you got man, good fuckin job.

I think this thread in itself just shows how different you are, you are open to improving your casting with feedback and constructive criticisms received.

You've done a great job at GSL. I think you've improved a lot from when you first started doing more visible English casts.

I really appreciate that you are diligent in preparing for the games, making sure you have information like win rates for each players' matchups and the previous times players have faced each other down before the games. Details like that make a big difference but there are a lot of casters who completely ignore them, and that's embarrassing when it's supposed to be your profession.

That is exactly how Khaldor casts. And he has pretty poor knowledge about the game.

funny that he could exactly predict cezanne's next moves in his game against squirtle. his gameknowledge is pretty good and when there's someone who is enthusiastic about this game it's definitely Khaldor. he casts GSL, KSL and a european tournament every day.

i dont know how you got that opinion of him..

He played masters Zerg in Europe. I wouldn't call that bad.

A have a big problem with Khaldor: I don't buy his (what I consider) exaggeration. Unlike Day9 who always comes across "real" and passionate, Khaldor always appears to be just trying to hard to be passionate to me: artificial high pitch noise, emphasizing meaningless words and sometimes stretching the end of his sentences really freaks me out. I don't like it.

I really like him as a person though. Always did from wc3 to sc2. I just don't like his casting. As I said, it doesn't feel authentic to me.

i also think the casting of wolfdor comes directly after tastosis in terms of quality and entertainment!
really would like to see them together always like tastosis.. you are very good casting duo!!
and i also have to ask why some of you guys think he has no knowledge about the game..
yes maybe khaldor is enthusiastic about good actions some seconds longer then other guys, but tastosis also do this kind of cast when there isnt anything else to say.. so i guess most of the guys aren't familiar with him and dont like him because of that..
keep up the good work khaldor!

@Khaldor

I've heard you say that you need to work on your English a lot lately, but I think your English is really really good. Your English is fine bro. <3 your casts.

ok, one point came to my mind about what you maybe can improve
sometimes you repeat yourself at strange timings, like:
"X's hellions are able to.. are aable to kill so many workers of Y"
thats something what you could improve in my opinion.

but else your very nice and entertaining
yeah

Day[9] has the same issues, sounding exaggerated and having a strange fake-sounding emphasis.

It's just hard to always come across as 100% real, but mostly you have to trust the casters that they mean it. More often than not, they do.

I like your casting Khaldor. My only remark is that you should probably look more often at me (into the camera), then at your co-caster. I want your focus and enthusiasm to be channeled towards me, the viewer, not your co-caster

Edit: I mean, when your co-caster speaks, you often turn your head 90 degrees to look at him, which is usually not done by people on camera.

Just on a more general note, congratulations on your casting career so far. I know some of your old casts back in the 2000s. Nice to see you cast for Gom now, makes me proud to be your countryman. It's good to see more and more high quality casts/coverage and you sure are one of those I would tune in to any time. Thumbs up!

i like to say that you are really awesome, provide nice commentary and insight, you and wolf make a great team, and made this day (that had some dull games) really hilarious and tense.

Khaldor you are a great caster! You are knowledgeable, which I like. The first time I heard you I thought you must be TLO due to your knowledge and accent. I thought you must be a pro gamer.

You and wolf really won me over last night. Very fun entertaining show. The conversation about drugs and weed when you said, "do you want to talk after the show" or something made me lose my shit.

This is how I felt a long time about artosis. I always felt he was kind of just joking with esports but then I realized that he really cares and like him a lot

Nice casting, I especially like how Khaldor focuses on numbers more than other casters. During battles, he'll pull up the army supply bars, and keep track of which one drops faster. Too few commentators do that

When you realize for how long they do comentary for sports an how much they sacrifice for it (day9, tastosis, khaldor) you will understand that their passion is real
