Without his permission this could be illegal depending on how this picture was made public. However, there still has to be confirmation, that it really is him and not someone looking similar to him.
Looking at the poor design of this ad, it is likely, that whoever made it just used google to search for pictures of couples (or pictures with people who look like they are a couple) slammed the text on it and threw it into a gif-animator.

I'm not going to pretend that I don't look at porn, but I don't frequent motherless. I've just spent some time on 4chan's /b/ and they link there fairly frequently. Half of the incest pics on motherless are wincest pics from /b/, and all of those are fake, so I am fairly comfortable saying that the so called incest on that site is fake. Apparently it's a popular taboo, but I doubt most real incest would let themselves be photographed. But the reason I know they are fake is when you see a thread for wincest on /b/ with an online model that is the equivalent of Jessica Alba with that stuff written on it, you know it isn't true.
As for CP? Motherless is too mainstream (as for as porn websites go) to have CP. Anything that isn't Tor or deep web based isn't very likely to have CP, and if it does, then it won't stay there for long. People overestimate how easily accessible CP is. If you want it, you really have to go looking for it. Don't confuse this with me having experience on the deep web or looking for CP though, because I don't. I just read a lot. As I explained earlier, it's not really a pedo site anymore. They do every kind of porn you can think, and while they have some jailbait, they have nothing illegal. The JB is equivalent to the stuff they have on reddit's jailbait thread which is either over 18 girls that look young, or less than 18 girls with no nudity. Disgusting? Its not a pedo site at all. It is a user-contributed site so it has literally everything and the mods review as much as they can so I'm sure if there is illegal stuff it gets removed quickly.
I'll admit, I've there a few times and I've never seen any illegal content on the site. Its the best place on the web I've found for real amateur stuff - which I like. I dislike the fakeness of porn stars and its annoying searching for amateur stuff and seeing video after video of porn star crap labelled as amateur.

Most of that stuff gets removed from the site with varying levels of speed. There is a lot of jailbait, and 99% of the incest on there is fake (like in most websites). Motherless implies basically girls with no authority figures in their lives. It's not a great site, mostly because of poor organization, but it's no worse than other tube sites. If you want it, you really have to go looking for it. Don't confuse this with me having experience on the deep web or looking for CP though, because I don't. I just read a lot. For example, there was a thread earlier this year from a guy that had checked out the deep web and he basically said the same thing. The internet can be pretty disgusting, but if you really want to do something illegal, it's not as easy as typing a url and pressing enter.

Looks like he's not iNcontroL of what happens with his images online.
It seems like it would be a waste of time to pursue legal action against those advertising companies, they've been doing it for years and no doubt have had countless angry (ex)girlfriends attempt action, and those images still exist.

My experience with this particular website is quite limited, it was the first time I've seen it when I saw the picture. I got tipped off by a friend via skype, The website,according to my friend is driven by user submitted content and she is one of the ones that uploads videos to this website on a frequent basis. She saw the picture on her latest visit and told me about it since i was into the SC2 scene. And that's about it.

Coming from her background and just seeing the kind of person she is, I can't begin to imagine how mortified she was when she found out that a picture of her was on a website like that. Wasn't it said earlier that if the picture was sold by facebook then technically no legal action can be taken against them due to certain clauses in the Terms of Agreement. And not to mention that her image wasn't just stolen, and not just stolen for use on a porn site, but a porn site with a great deal of objectionable material. lets not overreact here... there is not mention of geoff or anna in the ad, and its not like the image is named anaproserhorsesexkiddieporn.gif.... there is no real way for this to ever show up in a internet search.
and from a website that has a bad history of letting seriously illegal shit come up (child/snuff/etc), the fact that it is still running makes me think that legal action isnt going to amount to much.

Saw a picture of myself once on a torrent website ad. I actually think this is quite common. In my case, It was kind of awesome in a way, they portrayed me so bamf. There is really nothing he can do. I doubt the website even acknowledges take down notices. The servers are probably located in multiple places where the laws protect it.

It's because it doesn't affect him in any way, he's not a model/actor like Anna. If this were a Starcraft2 website that said, "Are you tired of playing like a noob? Losing at tournaments?" etc, and that had a picture of Incontrol on it....it might incite a bigger reaction.
