I played Brood War on and off at LAN parties for over 7 years, played Starcraft 2 since release (literally, the day of release) and have been watching tournies at Blizzcon etc for ages. What's more, since when do I need a qualification to have an opinion? Mind your own damn business. Not sure to understand his post either. I mean, he even "joined" TL one month later than you... Ironic much ? To answer to either one of you, i don't know if he has changed a lot but if he's constitantly playing the best players, that means he has adaptated pretty well to the new trends right ? At least that's what i can assume. And no, quitting the game earlier than "usual" has no impact on his game whatsoever. Please, get a clue. I don't care what day9 or whoever else says, it's pretty clear he was, most of the time, already losing (Yes that includes the game on Testbug against MMA, or that game vs HUK on metalo).

If you are going to tell others their opinions are wrong, you kinda do need qualification. the TL joining date has clearly nothing to do with qualification. If he has been following esports or idra in the last years and now thinks its the time to open up his mind on that topic its perfectly alright. I think your posts are a bit more of a disqualification than his. @Topic: I think Idra can improve alot. Maybe his results in big tournaments will become m

Inflation of winnings in recent months due to growing of esports will of course favor recent winners. Jinro did surprise me somewhat though.

In the past few months he hasn't performed as well as he can but he did make it to ro4 of GSL awhile back. Not sure if any other foreigner has done yet.

This will be great for SCII as an e-Sport, and I wish the best of luck to Idra.

In which case I would argue Bill Gates is the most accomplished foreigner in the world. + Show Spoiler + I think this discussion is ridiculous

Correct me if I'm wrong...
