HuK, Naniwa, Sen , Stephano, White-Ra, Jinro

Especially the first 4

If we're talking about money, I'm sure only HuK and Stephano have earned more or approximately the same amount that IdrA has, Stephano due to many recent tournament wins and HuK because he's on EG as well, but I firmly doubt that Naniwa, Sen or White-Ra's teams pay them just a fraction of what IdrA and HuK's salary is at EG.

Correct me if I'm wrong...

I'm correcting you as your wrong.

In terms of earning of foreigners it goes, Stephano (75k), HuK (60k), Naniwa(57k), Sen(53k) then Idra (50k)

White-Ra is paid more than any of them in salary. Due to multiple personal sponsors that pay well. And Idra's salary will be no where near HuK's.

If EG keeps picking up the players like MMA, HuK, and BoxeR, Idra won't have any rivals or anybody to BM when he loses. I know this post isn't anything too new, but I still think it's funny that every game Idra is playing BoxeR is right behind his computer. GL to Idra, EG, and SlayerS!

I have to ask, where did you get those numbers? I'd be really interested in seeing a source that states how much money players get paid as a part of their salary ^^

He made them up.

Edit: talking about salary, not tournament winnings. We have no idea what Idra, Huk or Stephano are paid.

Stephano - http://www.sc2earnings.com/player/245/ilyes-satouri

Huk - http://www.sc2earnings.com/player/45/chris-loranger

Naniwa - http://www.sc2earnings.com/player/92/johan-lucchesi

Sen - http://www.sc2earnings.com/player/51/chia-cheng-yang

IdrA - http://www.sc2earnings.com/player/34/greg-fields

As for salaries...didn't Millenium match Complexity's salary for Stephano? I would imagine that Stephano has a very high salary, as much as IdrA I'd say. Same for Huk, Nani

http://www.sc2earnings.com/ is only a website that show their winnings in tournament.Their main income is their salary as a player for the team which varies with each player. Some may be paid more and some may be paid less.

Idra salary could be higher or lower than Huk.Dun be a dumbass and say Idra salary is nowhere near Huk.

Sponsors go for the team that brings the most attention and fame.Idra which is known as a BM player and also an accomplished player brings a lot of viewership to the team due to his ridiculous fan club.

Idra could be the highest paid foreigner but i feel that he is totally overrated.

Well, those numbers only cover their tournament winnings. My point however was, that I think that IdrA can compensate this by having a higher salary than for example Sen or Naniwa. Didn't somebody state that EG is by far the richest clan? But of course the height of their salary isn't public, so this discussion probably is redundant anyway and mere speculation.

So what your saying is who cares about tournament wins , best player gets the best salary not results .

Now you're twisting my words

What I was saying is, that if it's true that EG has the most money, than it doesn't seem too far-fetched to assume, that the salary they pay is higher than what other clans do. And the recent transfers from top players to EG (HuK, Puma, etc...) seem to rather support my point than to contradict it.

I didn't say that nobody cares about tournament wins, I was just pointing out, that those alone don't represent the actual income of a player, and since we don't know their salary, it's wrong to claim that for example Sen is more succesful than IdrA just because he has won 3.000$ more at tournaments.

He addapted to SC2 pretty damn well. You joined TL in June, I don't really think you're qualified to talk about Idras history as a player.

What in the blue hell does me joining TL's forums have to do with how long I've been watching and playing Starcraft for? I played Brood War on and off at LAN parties for over 7 years, played Starcraft 2 since release (literally, the day of release) and have been watching tournies at Blizzcon etc for ages.

What's more, since when do I need a qualification to have an opinion? Mind your own damn business.

It's a pretty damn rule of thumb and I wasn't wrong was I? You have played it for a while and watched some tournaments but it sounds like you didn't follow the BW scene very much. Playing for years has nothing to do with your post. You said Idra isn't known for being able to adapt. That sentence construction does not imply an opinion. You didn't say, "I don't think Idra is known for being able to adapt" or "in my opinion Idra doesn't adapt very well." When you say what a player is known for it implies a consensus of view among multiple people. If I said Kobe Bryant isn't known for being a good shooter I could not defend that position because it is not an opinion of my own I'm saying it's an opinion of many. But please get really defensive. It always helps your argument.

Not sure to understand his post either. I mean, he even "joined" TL one month later than you... Ironic much ?

Not at all but I can see you didn't understand what I as trying to say. I never made any definitive claims on Idra's ability to adapt. All I said is when someone does make a claim about a player that has been playing SC2 for more than a year and BW for many before then they should probably have been around for his career before they say he isn't known for being able to adapt.

I have to ask, where did you get those numbers? I'd be really interested in seeing a source that states how much money players get paid as a part of their salary ^^

As for salaries...didn't Millenium match Complexity's salary for Stephano? I would imagine that Stephano has a very high salary, as much as IdrA I'd say. Same for Huk, Nani

No way, IdrA's worth a lot more, sponsor exposure wise.

Anyone know the sitting arrangement for the house with IdrA and HuK there? I'd be interested to know who they both sit by.

Of all foreign players, i think Idra must be the best. He was actually a B teamer in BW in Korea! He should not have left Korea! he was actually in Code S zzz,

Idra is surrounded by Ganzi and Clide.
Huk is next to Alicia and a new Zerg. Forgot his name
