But he better man up and take full responsibility and fix everything before we go pac-man on his sorry behind. An apology loses its meaning if there's no heart to it. To Gus if he ever reads this part (Fellow pinoys, please excuse any misspellings, my Tagalog isn't very strong): Kung may tinanim, may aanihin (If you plant, you harvest). Take responsibility. Huli man daw at magaling, naihahabol din (It is never too late to offer anything that is good). While you still have the chance, recover what little face you still have before you entirely kill SEA Esports.

If I had been lied to my face like you were, my first instinct would be to ram the bullshit back down his throat with my fist. Regardless of if he pays off the money though, it is far easier to lose respect than to gain it. Just making good on his debts does not wipe out his deceit.

"I know I f'ed up, but I'm not gonna explain why, all you need to know is that I'm sorry, and I'll promise to compensate for everything at the future event; because I know there won't be a future event lawls" cool story.

Apparently he tried to Bribe MoonGlade for YJY's Spot in the Tournament all whilst Denying YJY a Flight to the Tournament as well.. He promised MoonGlade a Spot on AZK Team Roster if he took YJY's Spot in the Tournament Essentially selling the spot that YJY earned in the Tournament by advancing farther in the Qualifiers than Moon Glade. He is a Scum Bag, Theif, Con-Artist Liar, You will this when you read Dox's Blog. When him and 4 of your Team Cube Players have Qualified int he Qualifiers Rightfully to Participate in the tournament. Also this means he should have had Extra money left over from Not having to pay for your Flights. So where the hell did all that Sponsor Money go. Well put sir, I don't think this genius had any clue the SC community would rally to see justice done. Where's the local TeamLiquid lawyer? I know one of you is!

Organizing an event of this size is difficult. No matter what anyone says. And he seems to have run into every possible problem (internet issues, pc issues on top of everything else). Not trying to excuse his actions. Still seems completely incompetent. But it's hard to judge until you understand how much work and how difficult it is to organize an event of this sort.

This Post will Shed all the Information you need on Gus's Purported Management of the Tournament. Stream Engineer Employee Who Basically ran the Tournament after Gus Cowarded out and bailed http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=283641¤tpage=23#445 This too ... All this is only Half of it..... On November 09 2011 01:29 ZenDeX wrote: "add to this, even the staff of AZK felt that we got scammed, Gus who we think has all the funds for this event, and the one who promised us that he will pay us, didn't pay us at all. It's so sad that we the staff, did our best to make things work out, and the spotlight for hate is turned to us. On the first day of the event, Gus was nowhere to be found. He arrived late on the event. And it was a great thing Torch was there. I am a staff member, but I would like to speak on behalf of the staff members, who didn't even got the chance to EAT (since he didn't give a fuck if we ate or not) or got even paid as promised. this is really disappointing and sad.. pointing all the blame to team azk, without knowing what really was happening even between the members and Gus. It is unfair to tell everyone here that the leaders just disappeared, its not fair to judge everything by what you see without even knowing what really happen, THEY DIDN'T DISAPPEAR. They went out to look for a computer cafe with (2 group brackets--8players) so that they could finish all the games in TIME (since there is really nothing good if they wait until the computer/internet's fixed). And about the HoN tournament, we were asking for Gus's Decision whether we push through the tournament, but he insisted NO. being his staff members, we follow his orders since we are just merely staff members. With this incident, we sincerely apologize, we can't do anything about it even if we wanted to make it happen, GUS wouldn't allow us, he just insisted NO and that we should push through the SC2 Tournament. We, his own staff members also feel that we got scammed for not being paid (or even given the budget for food and drinks the least) and on behalf of my team, we are really frustrated, tired and disappointed at his leadership. When he arrived late at the venue, he doesn't seem to be on the right mind to lead us. So on behalf of our staff team, we are very sorry to provide you a lack-luster tournament. Thank you to those people who stepped up and lead the way, and we are very thankful to have Torch on our team that time. Even us staff members are puzzled and looking for answers to what the fuck happen to the funds, I see a lot of things, heard a lot of things, UNNECESSARY THINGS that he has been spending on. /rantoff" Source: http://www.reddit.com/r/starcraft/comments/m48sn/the_ipl_werent_the_only_ones_swindled_by_the_ppsl/c2y3xcn?context=3

Please do some fact finding before you go off shutting people down. http://www.reddit.com/user/dting888 Oh and for that matter stop repeating yourself. We know Gus is a scumbag. Don't need to make 50 posts in all threads, and spam linking to the same stuff we have already read multiple times, just to prove it.

Didn't explain or answer any questions, just stated what happened. I hope the best for YoonYJ (who has been extremely patient & reasonable in dealing with all this mess) and all others who were lied to etc. I hope this guy isn't able to host anything relating to e-sports from now on...

Also, fork over the damn money, Gus. I hear your organizers (for the hotel and travel arrangements) are stuck holding the bag for your mistakes and may face jail time. Are you really going to-- no. How the fuck can you abandon them to cover your own hide? Sad thing is, that's only the tip of the iceberg. Despicable.

A first year business or events management student would have noticed the problems and skeptical sheit that your entire organising team(If that even exist) failed too see. Dont mind me, just got a .little annoyed at the ''AZK are good ppl and only Gus is to blame''. Cos really, with so many ppl involved in the grounds, id assume someone has half a brain to smell something fishy instead of posting something on TL pushing blame on Gus and away from yourself with a (I knew it) post.

Anyone who plans on pushing through with an event like that should be capable of pulling it off. Yes, it is indeed a difficult task. But with the way everything turned out, it's obvious that he should have never done this in the first place.

IPL still owes Gus and Team AZK 50% of our sponsorship dollars. I will not release the funds until the ills have been cured or repurpose our funds to pay for part of the damage that has been caused. It is unbelievable what has just occurred here. I know this is speculative but what if the only reason Gus apologized to YoonYJ and offered compensation was because YoonYJ was one of the more vocal individuals that stood up and actually provided large enough evidence (evident in the SCSEA thread)? And getting YoonYJ to pretty much say he's okay for the moment is a way to get IPL to send that remaining 50%? ?? :\
