It's Gus you want to be mad at; maybe some of the AZK members had no Idea what was transpiring.

It's also kinda Pathetic that he managed to put everyone involved in the Event in a bad-light and put into; such an awkward situation by being part of the event; when they know in their mind what kind of a person Gus is. It must be really awkward for them knowing they are obliged to work for a Scum bag; but yet continue the show for the Fans and for E-Sports. Long Live E-Sports. I just can't help but think of how awkward this is for all people who are forced to work for Scum Bag Gus. Hope Gus is Black-Listed from being in Charge of any Tournament that ever happens in the Future.

the guy tried to bring a big event to the community and failed. i don't know the reasons why, but i do not believe this all was set up just to scam people. i am sure we are going to hear the other side of the story soon now that the event is over. my personal experience with gus has been pretty positive. he always replied quickly and tried to get any issues solved asap. no complaints from me.

The issue is that he has been far from transparent in his dealings throughout the entire process of organising and executing the tournament. He (and possibly his team as well) has failed to communicate with players, not followed through on contractual obligations and put on an extremely poorly run event. It has already been discussed about how YoonYJ was denied flights to the event despite the contractual obligation existing. The same thing goes for the Cube players who were similarly not provided with their promised flights in what seems like a petty attempt to deny a rival Filipino clan any exposure. Not to mention the suspicious (to say the least) circumstances surrounding the abortive HoN tournament and the money provided by S2 Games to go into the prize pool. If Gus has been open and honest throughout the process then that would be a different matter. Maybe the tournament has issues and fails anyway, but at least everyone is in the loop and there are these huge revelations about behaviour which is clearly corrupt. The fact that multiple sources have come forth with clear evidence regarding Gus' improper conduct speaks volumes. If the effort was genuine then I think the reaction would have been completely different.

I agree. Provide evidence which is contrary to the prevailing evidence which seems to prove without a shadow of a doubt that Gus has been screwing people.

Given the provided evidence I think it's pretty hard to argue that there wasn't corrupt behaviour. Advertising a HoN tournament that never happened is a pretty dodgy thing to do, especially since there was money provided by S2 Games to be used as prize money for the said tournament.

Granted the evidence is stacked against him at the moment, I do think that this is fair.

Read yoonyj post in sc2sea and Dox's blog, read those facebook conversations, he may not have planned to "scam everyone" but in the end it is a FACT that he screwed a lot of (good) people over. You may have had a positive experience with Gus but it does not seem to be the case for everybody.

Seltzer (Rachel/Torch's girlfriend/host) said on the CSN stream chat that the tourney was delayed because of poor hardware and apparently it happened today. Can't confirm. But Rachel's usually been reliable. If that means anything. Other than that, continue with with the witchhunt.

"Get ready for HONslaught, the live tournament for Heroes of Newerth happening this November 7 in Glorietta Activity Center. It's time to test your teamwork and MOBA prowess against other teams in this clash of HON heroes for a prize pool of P100,000." Looks like The 100k has a P beside it possibly mean the Philipino Currency? How much is 100,000 K Philipino Currency in US Dollars.
