Just use the google currency converter by googling 100 000 Philippine pesos in dollars.

Apparently S2 paid for the Hon tournament and they ended up being scammed because Gus cancelled the tournament, apparently teams showed up to find out there was no tournament.. This is a disgrace to esports, this guy should be banned from esports, what a sham.
|
That is a huge Disgrace if that actually happened all those people show up for the HON Tournament only to be Turned down.
I wonder what happened to the 2300 Dollars that Gus had for the HON Tournament....
I also read that People who bought Tickets to watch the Event didn't get what they Paid for Etc Example: Like people who bought VIP tickets were promised they get to meet players etc... But they didn't purportedly.

If this tournament pays out ANY prize money, I willl be very surprised.
Sound like a clown trying to play manager, but without any brain. Why are Tastosis hanging with this smuck?
|
Really sorry for sickness for joining a team with such a bad team manager unknowingly. Of course also sorry for all the shit that happened to all the other players.
I hope this guy will be banned from competitive gaming for life and that the whole incidence will have a juristic followup. What happened here was way worse than match fixing considering that many innocent people/organisations were harmed financially by quite a lot.

Shit son, I'm quite accustomed to shadyness and the like (being italian and all), but this is getting out of control.
This community is enjoying a second golden spell after broodwar, we must not let a few rotten apples toss mud at our name.

I think If Nick and Dan knew the full story they wouldn't even have gone to cast the tournament, they are 2 very honest gentlemen and wouldn't think they would hang around with him if they knew what he was about.

Crazy stuff - I really hope this guy gets what's coming to him

'One thing is for sure, He seems to have managed to fool everyone that could be fooled over there. How anyone even can consider going along with the event, with all that has been uncovered, is amazing.
As a big name players I would just say "Well mr conartist, my team will send a invoice for everthing lost and I willl go now. Bye bye!"

Maybe they knew what Gus had done and were doing it for the Greater good to bring; games casted by everyone's favourite Casters to the Community.
To try and do some good in light of the Shitty Atmosphere that Gus had plagued the Tournament with; when the stories broke of what had transpired.

I wonder; if when this Video was shot they knew what had transpired; if they knew what Gus had done when this had been filmed and had to eat dinner with AZK in such an awkward Situation....
Gotta feel bad for people on AZK too especially if they had no Idea how Gus was handling things....

Sometimes people just have to pick up their own shit, for the greater good.

I can't speak for everyone, but I can say that the issue regarding the VIP tickets did not affect everyone. I have pictures and a signed mouse pad to prove for it! I dont know why some people got what they paid for and why some didn't, but if people were expecting everyone to be seated across a table with a sign that said "meet and greet" I can understand why they're disappointed. I had to walk up to each player during their free time in the player's area to ask them for the autographs, pics etc. There was supposedly a goodie bag to come with being a VIP though, but I was told that because I was late to the event that all I could get was some consolation stuff. I feel pretty bad about that as I heard a rumor that there was a cellphone in the actual bag? Daw...
Really disappointed that there were so many issues, hope this doesn't prevent more events happening in the Philippines.

I think he is just translating the thread about everything that happened
The team AZK has made another facebook group and closed down the original one since it received so much hate (too much to delete? lol) it could be that they just completely deleted the group and the new one is a fan-made one through
a lot of Sen's supporters were very frustrated with the tournament because the e-sport scene there is quite large and Sen is super popular over there. Sen said in his facebook that even he finds the tournament to have lots of trouble and almost made him faint
|
We need a Korean netizen react for this news. I wonder what they are thinking.
|
if any of the players on AZK have even a shred of dignity left, they should leave the team immediately, especially when their team leaders are so irresponsible and unethical in their behaviour
