Nothing is really confirmed, i personally could believe they are adding 3 units per race (in multiplayer). They still might take a few units out, like Reaper, Corrupter and some Toss unit nobody uses (CARRIER?)
I hope they are adding all these

Its for multi.
Some of them will replace other units. Thor, monthership, corrupter and overseer gets removed maybe more.

At a first look, Tempest seems OP, terran units looks dumb, as with the protoss ones. I guess I'll just have to see them played to get an idea of my actual opinion.
