i did so long ago. If you find more interesting information about it i would like to hear it.

EDIT: looked it up again. Can have many different reasons. But still most of the cases its mechanical and not a problem at all.

its just seems strange to me that is that you would have a compressed nerve on the keyboard hand, the mouse hand would make sense as it is resting on the desk more often than not, just seemse strange to me

and btw i have a few books that could pull out and consult if u are interested

not freeze up, but sometimes my hand cramps, i take a few seconds off the mouse and do some finger / wrist rotations and it usually lets me finish the game fine

im actually a sports therapist with some sports clubs and have a degree in sports science.

If you experience the tingling a lot and it happens when you in the 1 spot its usually a pinched nerve and what Azrael1111 wrote about Carpel Tunnel. Its a pretty bad case injury and if not treated early can lead to a very very damaging nerves that can ruin a lot of your gaming / hand movements.

My suggestion to you is keep your hands warm with small exercises and hand movements:
- pull your wrist as far back as you can pull it towards you then bend it down the opposite way (hold for 10secs each)

- touch each finger to your thumb (pointer to thumb, then middle to thumb, etc and go backwards again) start slow then pick up speed about 5 times imo

- try keep the blood flow consistent - ie - better hand positioning on your keyboard + back posture.

-try leaving your hand by your side before and after your games to let the blood flow get into your hand/s.

Hope these help not just to you but others also, they are not anything special but will help you im sure of it
