Is it possible to play through this?
Do you know any techniques to get your hand to wake up faster during the game?

Sleeping parts is most of the time not problem of blood circulation its a problem of interrupting the nerve by constant pressure.

I recommend you look at how your hand is positioned when you play. Day9 had a video on how to sit / place your hands to minimize strain, including exercises you can do to stretch and warm up.

If its ur keyboard hand then u just need either to keep it active in the early game that is the point of spamming btw its to keep ur hands moving. probly give some more info such as: do u lose feeling in ur hand (numbness) do u feel pain how often do u use the computer (not just games but generally) do u feel a prickling sensation do u get any shakes or tremours as it could be related to the amount of time u spend on the computer, damage to ur wrist, cold hands, stress/anxiety (the game causes u to zone out so u lose feeling in ur body to a certain extent [i know cause i get this time to time]). stimulants, alcohol or any other drug or medication.

In most cases it happens because you put pressure over long time to a nerve. And when it happens more often this means that you put your hand often in this position. Serious guys, you should not tell someone randomly illnesses.

Might want to do some stretching before and in between games, too.

I say his hand is sitting on his table in same place over long time and hes unlucky and put pressure on a nerve. He release his hand and after a while its fine again. Its mechanical... And some people have this more often at some situations because they tend to move into unconformable positions.

I dont say this is the only reason and as far as i know this is not the only one and its not fully understood. But mechanical pressure is the reason in most cases.

All you really have to do is change positions, maybe get a rest for your keyboard wrist so it's not in an uncomfortable position so that this doesn't occur in the future. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paresthesia
