If terran can shut down mass muta, they sure as hell can shut down mass pheonix. If a protoss puts too much money into the pheonix they will just get rolled by MMG
The only thing pheonix are currently used for is fodder vs vikings and against seige tanks

Terran has enough counters to mutalisk imo, giving them another way to fight against muta would be overkill.

Unit proportions should not be square. Square proportions are for toddlers and kids. It should be tall or wide or deep. Blizzard needs to hire some unit art designers with a fresh perspective.

I think this is going to be some kind of hellion/walker transformer. Also with a blue post saying "cute little robot" i expect it to be build in the factory. There are still a lot of important questions though:
1. Will its type be pure mech or bio/mech?
2. Do you get the hellion with an upgrade for the transformation into its new form or the other way around?
3. Does it attack air?
4. Does it replace anything else besides the standard hellion? What about the marauder?
