Probably Casey. As for skill at the specific time of winning a championship, July at his 3rd OSL win was probably the weakest to have won a SL (sub 40% vT and vZ during all of 2008, but really strong vP, which was almost all he had to play that OSL). Calm and ForGG were really strong when winning their championships. | ||

Exactly  He hasn't just recently started playing, he is at the very top of Korean GM ladder with several accounts as Terran ... In other words, he is probably better than any foreigners already. He'd have to be top 3 and best non code s player right? Or is it just best non-code S player? | ||
