I feel more and more Milinium is killing Stephano right now. Stephano needs to stay with complexity

Wasn't a huge fan of theirs to begin with and this is driving me toward actively cheering for them to do poorly. The manager was trying to say that because of all the missing points in the contract it has no value, and then he added, regarding the contract itself in France it has also no value. live report : he just said again that complexity contract is ridiculously badly written and they could be sued for that kind of contract. I'm just quoting what he says. I wish Stephano would have left this team and honored his contract with coL, millenium is a structure that is falling appart.

"We will fully review our options and will seriously consider legal action in this matter." - That is what will be occurring. Millennium and Stephano are not responding, and their PR has their side of the story. So... what am I missing, kind sir, that other people know of? We know what's going on. We aren't in the dark. They have the support of people who want eSports to flourish. Your attacks against me are idiotic. It could be fNatic, Liquid, Dignitas, etc., I don't give a FUCK who; the point is that they are right (compLexity), and they want to set a precedent for the gaming community. P.S. My statement about my admiration for Jason Lake was because he is the perfect leader to set this example. That is all. Sorry if you are offended by my respect for a leader in eSports. I wonder how people like you survive in the real word when you take PR like some kind of undisputable truth when there's really no facts presented. A true supporter of esports would say "Lets wait and see how this turns out" instead of jumping on a bandwagon with nothing but two statements to go on. Literally anything could have gone down at the negotiations and larger companies have been caught lying in PR statements before. Wait and see seems to be something the TL community is horrible at.

On a more serious note its a shame that coL went from being a powerhouse team yesterday to an average one with a partnership with MVP. Must be very frustrating but they'll be able to pick up the pieces. Esp. if stephano stays with Mill and they clear up that salary. Thats not what the OP says!

Instead of trying to "steal" players, sue other teams and dismantle teams, basically acting like corporate predators. Complexity should direct there effort, time and money to making eSport grows into the mainstream where the real money is... it wil be better for everyone, including them. I wont support Complexity in anyway anymore. I dont have nothing against their players, but for now, this sort of business is pretty bad and we dont need this kind of toxic behaviour while we try to grow a community.

From wikipedia... A choice of law clause or proper law clause is a term of a contract in which the parties specify that any dispute arising under the contract shall be determined in accordance with the law of a particular jurisdiction.

- He would be one of the highest payed pro players in SC2. - Access to WORLDWIDE tournaments. And not only restricted to European tournament like he is now. - Access to play in a Korean team house and maybe take shots at GSL. I highly doubt Millenium is offering him same or a better deal than coL. Which makes Stephanos (or forced by Millenium) decision stupid to say the least.

That doesn't seem like an appropriate thing to say publicly. Yup. That's what I mean. People seem to think ink signatures from the 17th century is the only way to make a legally binding agreement though...
