1. Stephano signed with coL while he was still signed with Millenium. This seems like it might be possible, as I never saw a statement from Millenium indicating Stephano's contract had run out. 2. Stephano got cold feet with coL and decided he wanted to stay with Millenium. This seems less likely, as coL staff would should be able to enforce the contract he signed (though it's worth mentioning they were really gracious with Destiny and let him out his contract days after signing). | ||

I doubt 1. happened because Millenium would have a legitimate argument for why Stephano was staying. They didn't mention it, so I'm inclined to think there was no contract with them prior to the coL contract. | ||
