I think the more important question is... Did you comprehend it? I don't see how Complexity was in the wrong at all, they made an offer and Mil was given the opportunity to counter. Based on the Complexity post, they were absolutely by the book, and Mil's post doesn't even really say they did anything obviously wrong other than the vague, "they disoriented him".

If he is, then I don't see what coL is going to accomplish by taking legal action against either Stephano or Mill. It is unfortunate for coL. that their offer was accepted and then later spurned, but if Stephano is legally able to do that coL should simply move on and learn from this experience. the attempt is more symbolic than anything really. Contracts must be honored in SC2 or we will be stuck in a real shitty financial situation.

So far CoL has a history of contract "misfortunes", with Destiny, vvvTitan and now Stephano. So who to believe?

They should just try to get or force Mill into negotiations or at least the mentioned discussion (open or closed). Also, I think Millenium is pulling the national pride card to their advantage. That's lame.

Considering the Sneaky Snake moves they did with vVvTitan i wouldn't expect anything different from CoL. At all. They are actually going to try and take Legal action if i'm correct after reading the Official Statement. Hrm... Not good You should go back to the first grade and learn how to read. It clearly states there were 18 days of negotiations. There was NO immediate pressure. In the end it was Stephano's decision, and he signed a legally binding contract with compLexity. Not sure how many people know this but Jason Lake is a lawyer and the only way coL will give up Stephano back to Millennium would be to avoid drama. Jason Lake will win if he wants to.

Or I'm pretty sure Stephano has a mic with which you can record statements.

I'm guessing CoL sues because they know they can win. They get a nice transfer fee. Plus a little extra for the way the press release was worded and there done with the euro business for awhile.

We would make an offer and Millennium would make a counter offer. At no point did we apply pressure other than to make it clear that we were willing to do what it would take to secure his services. So according to that they were proposing counter offers.
