Hes a mediocre foreigner in a time where the best foreigners are comparable to mediocre koreans. I dont get these pilgrimages players have been doing lately, qxc, drewbie, grubby etc. Either go to Korea and stay so you can compete, join one of the two pro houses outside of korea, or resign yourself to the irrelevance and low pay of being an amateur, which is what you are. *facepalm* Grubby won a tournament qualifier and was invited to Korea to compete in it. Now that he'll be there, he's going to stop by Code A qualifiers along the way because, hell, why not? Do you get why he's there now? People have known about this for a month already. Additionally, qxc has school, and Grubby has a wife. Are you going to ask them to stay in Korea full-time now? Grubby will improve while he's there. Getting Code A would be nice, but unrealistic, and he probably knows this. As long as he's there though, why the hell not?

I dont get your attitude. Do you want Grubby to not go to Korea when he qualified to go just because he's a "mediocre foreigner"? Should Drewbie tell his team not to send him for the same reason? Are qxc, drewbie, grubby etc the best players? No they arent, but even a month or whatever time they spend in Korea will help them improve from where they are right now. If they get the opportunity to spend ANY time in Korea they should take it if only just for the experience alone. If by going to Korea they learn or improve at all from where they currently are then its worth it IMO.

And no, as I said- last post- if you arent willing to go to a prohouse or live in korea permanently you my as well give up on starcraft. Going for a month is an immature adventure, at least in grubbys case its an adventure with minor potential for profit due to a tournament. If a person isnt willing to join a pro house or live in korea, they arent taking sc2 seriously, there being immature and short sighted. Basically "playing" around as a progamer, as they have no chance in accomplishing anything.
