Lol the only reason i knew that the OP was talking about a hurricane was because I live in florida and know about the hurricane that is coming because it is going to hit Florida before it hits North Carolina.

I know this thread has had a lot of jokes about Yellow and stuff, but as someone who's been following hurricanes for a while(I live in S. FL) I just want to say that you need to take this very seriously. This storm is blowing up like I haven't seen in a while, and it is going to very strong in the next 24 hours. If you're going to be in the SE USA you need to pay very close attention to this.

This is the problem with thread OPs trying to be clever. 4 pages of 'OMG MISLEADING TITLE!' instead of discussion on what it actually is. Take care next time.

As for the forecast, I hope it doesn't affect the event too much. MLG is still using those satellite trucks right? They're bound to be in the firing line if the storm hits the city.

Florida hasnt had a serious hurricane since hurricane charlie back in 04. I live in central florida so I don't have it as bad as you that lives in s fl.

Yeah I'm actually pretty mad about this being someone who is planning on travelling to Raleigh and is concerned about the storm.
