James(Kennigit) made a twitter post saying EG never asked for permission to talk to HuK, instead Liquid giving permission TO HuK to talk to other teams. EG only came to Liquid once the deal was almost done. Problem is, the poster only commented with one part of the twitter post and not the "But it was fine" part. He was just clarifying. Which at the same time, EGAlex's post could have been talking about HuK receiving permission. Either way, Nothing was done wrong. | ||

I read the tweets and there was nothing even close to "kennigit said that it was 100% fine with a few things that could have been done different but weren't really relevant to the final outcome.". That's why I asked him what tweet. | ||

"over 6 digits" means number that has more than 6 digits in its value. If the precision is for one dollar or more, then "over 6 digits" is atleast one million. If precision is for 10th of dollar then 100 000,0 would be "over 6 digits" because we also take note on that zero but the value of this number is still the same! Also i dont think that polls maker really meant, that if Huk earns 100 000,1 either.... I cannot believe I need to teach this kind of thing to someone. User was warned for this post | ||

Stop arguing a completely irrelevant and useless point. It is beyond me that you can devote so much of your life to such a pointless end. It is a question of language and interpretation. Depending on how you interpet the phrase you will understand it as something different. I have always thought that the accepted english expression "over 6 figures" means anything from 6 figures to 7 figures, at which point it becomes "over 7 figures". It can be interpreted both ways. So congratulations you are both correct! Either way i just want to see HuK play! I hope EG treat him well because he is 1 in a million when it comes to dedication! | ||

Other thing that I want to mention is that it is not reasonable to assume that polls maker really meant to pronounce that salary in form of 100,000.0$ which would be "over 6 figures". If he really meant to ask people do they think huk earns 10,000.0 or 100,000.0 dollars, then that polls question about "is his salary more than 6 figures" would be correct, but it is not feasible theory. Also, if salary is announced in that form, then those decimals are usually up to 1/100 of dollar like 10,000.00$ which means that "over 6 figures" would be already at 10,000.00 which is laughable thing to even ask when we take note that we are discussing about Huks salary. Most reasonable thing to assume is that he meant just in accuracy of one dollar or more when "over 6 figures" is atleast one million. People are just uneducated and they create misconceptions based on their uneducated beliefs. I want that people atleast now understand that "over 6 figures" DOES NOT MEAN 100 000+, it means atleast one million (first 7 digit number) | ||
