I think he was expecting NASL to be a bigger deal than it was... and for Koreans not to come dominate MLG like they have. I think he can see for himself how far he's fallen compared to where he was when he was there. And like you said, just as IdrA left, the Koreans came and dominated pretty much every major tournament haha.

Back then there were many reasons, I bet there a more positive reasons for him to return now then there were when he left. I agree with this. Greg left Korea early on in SC2's life, I'm going to assume he assumed that with his background playing in Korea for BW he would have a leg up on the foreign community and still be able to compete competively with the Korean SC2-base. Don't think he expected foreign competition to advance as fast as it did, and potentially it left him with his guard down and his game not as strong as it could be. Will be interesting to see iDra getting back into top form.

With all the hype around this announcement Liquid proves why they're the classiest folks around. It's going to be nice seeing a more foriegn team presence in Korea.

Liquid will always be my favorite team, and I'll always like it when HuK wins, but damnit EG is like the Yankees of e-sports and I just can't bring myself to be a fan.
