I totally forgot about IMBALANCED! HYPEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Well.....why can't you develop your own players and make them good? Like, you know, TEAMLIQUID DID.
:/ Gl to huk, i understand your decision 100% and wish you the best of luck in the future.
Still, seeing him in that EG shirt just feels.....wrong...

I hate the double standard of some people, most of the people here saying that are only saying that huk betrayed them or EG are evil just because it's team liquid, look at naniwa when MYM dropped him no one wanted him until empire took him in and helped him get back on his feet and started playing really well and then when he started doing well instantly leaves for dignitas I don't recall anyone getting upset about that.

EG signing players like HuK makes you wonder when they're going to start shipping out the deadwood. Without naming names obviously

Before joining TL, HuK was NOBODY in the global SC2 scene. Now he's leaving the oGs-TL training house for the EG facility with only PuMa and IdrA at the moment. I mean WTF. I'm so sad you didn't leave for a greater challenge. But I can understand your choice as a human, GL anyway. He won MLG before he was on Liquid.
MLG becomes real MLG since Columbus.

Ah cool, so its official EG is now the shortest team in sc2. Gratz! I hope Liquid crushing you in every team league.

EG is trying to create a super team to competitively compete against Koreans in the GSL. I was only half sure about Huk, but I could clearly see the direction that EG was trying to head. They aren’t messing around and want to be the “team” and they are willing to put some serious $$ money on the line, because they know if they can win a GSL (which will be a first) they will get more recognition than they know what to do with. That will guarantee EG’s name in StarCraft history, which will only fuel the sponsors… Pure business…
They could have gotten a way better player if they wanted to compete with Koreans.

Liquid still number one
It's only the beginning.
The more money they dump like this, the more they fail.
Karma is a bitch.

Well I dont understand a lot of things about e-sports. For example where EG get their shittons of money from. It sure doesnt correlate to success. :D I mean, how does this work? Why are they able to get so many sponsors who are willing to pay them lots and lots of money and its seemingly not conditioned on success. Just because we see their logo on the shirts on MLG from time to time? I dont get it

This is HUGE!
By huge, I mean a cool acquisition that's pretty big for your team. Doesn't mean much for the scene at large.
It's not that EG over-hyped it. They had a cool website. It's more the people in the know (e.g. [cwutididthar] Bitter, Apollo) completely blowing it out of proportion. It's pretty cool but not an internet implosion.
This was handled really well by all parties, it looks like. So, all told, nice job to HuK, EG, and Nazgul.
Will this prevent your trio from attending any of the MLGs this year?

Get a team league slot in the future please thnx.

HuK, IdrA and Puma practicing together.... that is sooo sick
|
Serious question: Will EG be removing any of its players like Strifeco/Axslav/Lzgamer?
|
I atleast hope that they sit like this HuK - Puma - IdrA, IdrA and HuK shouldnt be next to each other
|
Anyone want to bet that Idra won't make it through Code A? Maybe even Code B if he gets some bad luck in his brackets
|
I hope people realize it was the community that hyped this like crazy, and not EG. I wouldn't blame them for overhyping it. Congratulations HuK, I'll always be a fan of your play, not a clan tag. I look forward to seeing everything develop!

I can't wait to see HuK with Idra on the same screen without hatered in each others eyes!
