Running any kind of team is about getting the best people and managing those people so that you move forwards together. I understand the mindset that you want to get rid of anyone who doesn't immediately want to do things your way, but this is what being a manager and a boss is all about. The fact that you've lost such massive talents from your organisation is, in my tiny opinion, an indictment of your failure to manage. You sat in on the meetings and know exactly what went down hey? cool!

FXO's wants to have most of their players in Malaysia/Korea, and that wasn't something Sheth wanted to do, it had nothing to do with failing to manage him well, they left on good terms. I won't comment on Moonglade because we don't know anything about what happened, but Moonglade said that they left on good terms, so it's very unlikely it's anything scandalous.

You realize that sometimes a team and a player just don't fit each other right? Regardless of skill and personality, Sheth and Moonglade seem to have different goals than what FXO is striving for. Both left the team on good terms from everything I've heard as well. Its not a failure to manage when its a mutual split. Its just a difference in what they each want.

FXO has done more for the foreign sc2 scene than any other "pro team" in the space of a year and they only have gotten this far because of the managements vision. Compared to other teams which only care about having strong players and competing at MLG/DH/IPL, FXO is already so far ahead of them. Player salaries? Done. Sponsors? Done. Hosting regular tournaments? Done. Teamhouse? GOT TWO AND DONE. GSL? DONE. Koreans? GOT MORE THAN 10 AND A HOUSE THERE TOO! They may have parted ways with sheth and moonglade but the players have never said anything bad about their time with fxo and are thankful for the opportunities given to them. Thats more than you can say about their previous teams Immunity(?) and Root that couldnt fly them to international events or offer them a salary that reflects their skill.

Yep you have sufficient information to conduct this analysis and appraisal. Lol. Utterly moronic. Let's hope that you never get a job that requires more thinking than toilet cleaning or shelf packing.

In which tournaments did he participate? I can't remember ever hearing this name, or seeing this picture albeit following SC2 since the very beginning.
