The best early - mid game ZvT in the world currently? #3 - dSeleCT - I feel like his starting to lose his game sense. I hope this MLG is better for him. Bottom 3: #1 - vileSpanishwa - His style of play is outdated and players know its weakness. #2 - EGincontrol - His attitude deserves it. #3 - Sheth - The unwillingness to stay in Korea when he was the captain of his team lost respect from me. All of these are personal opinions, and if you disagree with any of them qq about them in your head. Ty. I don't know how you can possibly say this, as Geoff is one of the most genuine and best mannered guys in the game. 3 to succeed: iNcontrol Boxer - I don't need to say anything to explain this, but to hear that he's getting discouraged about his play makes me want it even more Destiny- While he's not quite as good as people are pumping him up to be, he has gotten much better since his stream gained steam. It'd be nice to see him get rewarded for his work. HM: Gensulitor - He's da man. Others: Moonan - I've never seen this guy actually win on stage, yet he's still seeded. I don't hope he fails, but I hope he has to prove that he deserves that spot he has. Major - Great Player, but tends to be a jerk Machine- Likeable guy, but, like Moonan, I hope he has to prove he deserves his seed.

Lose: idra, major, Haypro (i don't hate the guy, however, I do think someone else more deserving should get his spot), and probably the rest of EG team because I do believe they are overrated (don't get me wrong, I do not hate them nor do I want them to die, before someone twists what I say)

Tyler - I'm not exactly getting my hopes up but it's been so long since seeing him perform well. Really want to see him make it out of the open bracket. Lose: Destiny - I don't have anything against Destiny really, but 95% of his fans think he is the greatest thing ever and I just want them to shut up.

Even though there are players like DRG who are clearly code s level, i just dont like the idea of players flocking to MLG's just because they didnt cut it in the most recent code a qualifiers.. Code a i dont mind so much.. It seems wrong to me that they can entirely skip battling it out in the code a qualifiers, then battling it out in code a, then battling it out in the up & downs, all because of a weekend tournament..

HuK -- Favorite player since beta. Good to see an American-Canadian in Code S Destiny -- Enjoy watching his streams, people hate on him too much because of his attitude. He's also a really smart person (his philosophy and ability to rationally argue, mainly) Idra -- Can guarantee no Command Centers will be suicided this MLG. He's entertaining and has a lot of potential if he can keep himself chill Spanishiwa -- Love his name, love his playstyle, learned a lot watching him coach (I play terran, but I learned a lot of zerg timings/mindset) To lose: Major -- Not because of the SEA smurfing, but because of preferences I won't mention on this forum MMA - He's a fellow terran and I love him, but I've been extremely jealous lately. I cant seem to drop harass like he does. Mainly putting MMA down because picking people to lose is hard. Any non-terran that isn't in my "to win" list.

boxer huk (now many people will think i am bandwagon-ing on the huk boat but i am going to pull the hipster nerd card and say i was a huk fan before starcraft 2... when he was playing company of heroes. so there =p ) fail: i hope DRG beats tyler just because karma's a bitch. then we need to get some of the baggage out of the top 16 pools so... machine probably doesn't really deserve his spot there. and for the "please fail because i don't really like you are the horde of fanboi fans that follow you around and upvote everything with your name on it on reddit" vote i'll go with destiny.

MVPDongRaeGu This player gets me excited when he tweets, I haven't felt like this about a player since oGsMC first unleashed his incredible post match interview "Zealot defense, Stalker damagey, Sentrie forcefielduh forcefielduh, marauder die die". DongRaeGu has been a hero of the GSTL, an event which started off producing the greatest SC2 entertainment up until that point. Yet the guy has failed to make it into Code A. I can make excuses all day for this. He got drained by QXC (who would later go on to all kill a weakened IM) and lost to Hero, who is supposedly pretty good. It seems like DRG can't catch a break! Well here's his chance. With a complexity partnership to go hand in hand with his ticket to MLG Anaheim, i'm praying DRG comes out on top and gets his ticket to Code S to raise the level of competition in what i think is a lacklustre Code S. Prove me right big fella! FXOQXC I've been a huge fan of this guy for a long time. His manner and creative play had him become one of the first players i was to be a fan of. His play dropped off it seems with his time in Spain, but since then he's gone to Korea and blown us away with his results. He's charismatic, funny, he can jump over things, and he's got the makings of a top Terran. Above all he took his trade to Korea to improve, something i respect the most out of foreign players: the true desire to get better at this game. I now have every reason to believe that QXC is capable of winning MLG Anaheim and i hope he comes second to DongRaeGu. /trollface Liquid'Tyler I love this guy. He's so smart, so handsome, but has no results to speak of. I want this guy so badly to be a top player. It's not hard being a Tyler fan since he's so smart and handsome, but it's hard getting excited for his games sometimes. I hope he practises and puts a good showing in this one. His lack of results is getting old, and i'm *this*close to wanting him to just fail. Did i mention how smart and handsome he is? FAIL Now i don't dislike any of these three, but they annoy me for their own reasons and until they get their shit sorted i can't cheer for them at all. Major I liked this guy after Columbus, then he goes and proves to me why so many people disliked him. Hoping for a little karma to help me out here. Destiny Want his actions to speak louder than his words. Not sure he's capable. Would be glad to see him win, and prove he's good. I can't stomach 'pro gamers' who succeed without succeeding. I want him to earn my respect for his play. Incontrol Same as Destiny. I want players who are put on pedastals to produce results, not get by on what comes out of their mouths. This isn't pro wrestling. I'm sure he's capable but i need to see it.

- WhiteRa: Nicest guy in eSports, etc. - Major: The kid's an ass and claims to be better than everyone in SEA. I think he IS better than SEA (barring Moonglade obv) and I hope to see him rock it at MLG; kid gets his fair share of hate but people deny that he's got the skills to back it up (same as Destiny, but Major is out of Destiny's league) - Sheth: Okay, he got his exposure in FXO and has shown to be a great player. Maybe his leaving of FXO is a monetary issue or something and he thinks hes worth more than what FXO offered him. I hope he proves it this MLG and gets a big fat contract as a result. Hates: - Koreans: Don't get me wrong I like most of them, but I hope at least some of them bomb out and the foreigners upset the rest so they can show that the foreigner scene isn't as far behind as the korean scene as people make it out to be. - Any Liquid Player (except HuK): Outside of HuK, I find Liquid players to be severely overrated overall. Especially HayprO; don't get me started on him. - Machine and iNcontroL: STOP RIDING YOUR BETA SUCCESSES. THX.

Destiny: He's showed a lot of improvement over the past couple of months. White Ra: He cares. FXOYou've probably heard of him. To lose: I hate to say this but.. the Koreans. I'm so tired of fanboys rubbing that shit in my face. Time for foreigners to man up, hopefully he-who-has-been-heard-of gave them some insipiration after his epic AK in the GSTL.

Boxer - he has been a leader for SlayerS, now I hope that he can do this for himself as a player. ToD - I can't imagine he will win the tournament, but I appreciate how he has not tried to hype himself up in sc2. Although it is clear that he has a great deal of skill, and game knowledge. I believe he has the potential to make it out of open bracket, but it wont be easy. Idra - I would like to see idra clash with top players yet again, but coming out on top, he was very close last MLG, it will be interesting to see if he has what it takes to make it to the next level. Fail: Destiny - without building an infestor, I doubt he could make it past round1 open bracket. Reliance on such a volatile unit may cost him if HotS redesigns zerg... I would like to see someone precounter his style and make destiny rethink how he is approaching zerg. Incontrol - I'm not convinced you deserve to still be in pool play compared to many of the talented players clawing their way through open bracket.. but in the back of my mind, I hope you prove me wrong. Sheth - talented and intelligent player, but I question your sc2 ambition to be a real top level pro gamer...

He's a great player but needs some more work. And regarding the part I bolded, you have to understand that he's succeeding in a different way. He isn't making a living winning tournaments, but by being a Grandmasters level player appealing to his stream audience (which earns him nice money via ad revenue).

He have already failed @ MLGs and they didn't shut up then so what makes you think they will shut up if he bombs this one? ![]() My top 3: Tyler - Cilltoss, 'nuff said. iNcontrol - One of my favorite personalities in SC2, about time he got a win! Destiny - I think he's been improving a lot lately, probably not enough to take the championship but it would be cool. My bottom 3: Not really anyone in particular, as long as it is ragefilled so; Idra - Good source of rage. major - I don't really know him but I heard he rages sometimes and for the last... DAY9! - He have ignored me for too long. He told me he loved me @ DHW2010 and since then NOTHING! I hope he pukes on air, ruins some valuable equipment, disgrace himself so everyone stops watching him, end up homeless giving away SC wisdom for a buck on the streets of LA. Disclaimer: Please note that the last rant about Day9 is entirely meant as a joke and I, as many others, wish him nothing but eternal happiness and glory!

I like it on a personal level: i'm pleased Destiny can pay his rent or whatever in that fashion. That's great. But i can't cheer for a professional streamer.
