By formerly of ZeNEX does that mean he left the team and was teamless before Dignitas picked him up? Or did they reach an arrangement with ZeNEX in getting him?

He decided to move to the UK for studies, so his coach helped him find a team to transfer to.

Very exciting to see how more and more Korean players are joining foreign teams. It really is nice to witness this, and I hope that more and more transfers like this will happen in the future. Adding a very promising Korean player to Team Dignitas will definitely improve them as a team, but they sure as hell are already a very solid team wo begin with. Nice. I knew he was looking for a team since he said he left Zenex a month or two ago I think. He was asking people in Stream chat which teams are good for him to join. He was looking for a US team he seemed but a couple of people and I mentioned Dignitas and it seemed to follow through. Congratulations to TanDangHo and Dignitas. He is a great player.
