I call it a sweatshop because, from what I've seen in the Artosis tours, these progaming houses are freaking gaming SWEATSHOPS. These guys train 12 hours a day in tight conditions, sleeping on single-mattress bunk beds like a bunch of children. Sure, guys like MC and Nestea are VERY well-compensated for their time, but imagine being one of the sub-Code-A players just trying to make a name for himself, and making next to no money for the extreme devotions of time and effort made toward the game. Some of these kids are like 14 and 15 years old, "working" 12 hour days in confined spaces for little to no pay. That's a sweatshop dude! Now the obvious counter-argument is that these kids are all chasing their dreams, trying to live out the "glamourous" life of a progamer, touring around from tournament to tournament and raking in big cheques. Ok, cool, if that's their perogative and goal in life, then they should go for it! More power to them. But you can't sit around in the comfort of your home and fault a guy like Sheth for not wanting any part of that. I love SC2, and I sure as hell wouldn't want any part of that! Sheth clearly enjoys eating his mom's home cooking, relaxing on the couch, and making a modest living playing SC2. Just because he doesn't want to live his life in a pro-house doesn't give you or anyone else the right to judge, let alone insult, him. They are doing it out of passion, out of love for the game, not because they were forced into it, or because their family desperately needs money. They are doing it for themselves, they accepted these harsh conditions to pursue their dream.

He clearly couldn't commit, which is fine - its his life. But it sets a dangerous precedent for other teams and sponsors, they never know when he could decide he wants to go see his mum and dad again. Totally agree , i think other teams will be really hesistant to take him on. People keep saying Reign, but they should really go back and read reign's mission statement. Within the next few months they plan on setting up a pro house in san fran i beleive and implementing the korean practice model with the help of pheonix. I see no reason for them to want to have anything to do with sheth. Maybe a 2nd tier team will pick him up.

Anyways, it sucks that Sheth is leaving FXO but he was their captain afterall. Huge respect to Sheth for being such a standout player. With that said, FXO will be fine. Anyone who watched GSTL last night can vouch for that. FXO will move on and keep improving and sign players when needed to be competitive. FXO FIGHTING!

Just because he doesn't want to live his life in a pro-house doesn't give you or anyone else the right to judge, let alone insult, him. We're not judging him as a person, we're judging him as a progamer you moron. You just sat there and for two paragraphs spoke about the comfort of home, playing in pajamas, making a modest living. You're describing each and every fan that posts on team liquid. Forgive us for not being a fan of ourselves. We're a fan of people who put in the effort and work. Yeah it's work. That's why it's called a career. You put in work, and hopefully it pays off. People are faulting Sheth for not putting in the work. He clearly has the talent, but no work ethic People with talent and no work ethic are amongst the most hated individuals on earth. Imagine being handed something, and throwing it away, while other people have to work to get the gifts you were pretty much born with? Haven't you ever seen Good Will Hunting?

Ah, now the truth comes out. Sheth is joining a super-secret military program to extract his ability to grant the Flu to other people. Sheth is actually a super villain in disguise!
