I have never been on a professional team nor do I know how they are ran and what is considered to be a "dick move", but it seems very logical that if one team wants to pick up a player, they would talk to the player himself and see if he wants to join. I don't see why in the world they would have to talk to the COACH, it is the player's decision whether or not he wants to stay on his team or go join a different one unless somehow bound by a contract. Congrats EG on the pick up.

A form of this comment has been posted about 20 times now. This literally happened last week at the company i work for. A bigger company went behind my company's back and poached our employee. It's shady and it's not something a respectable company should do. It's a real snaky corporate America move.

Seems like they approached and got a deal set without even telling Lee. He didn't accept the deal before talking to Lee. He said he wanted to join EG and TSL allowed it.

![]() Obv have to agree that it will be tough for Puma to stay in shape/get better without a Korean team house... but well, maybe Western scene will be able to show us how it works within the next months? Still dont get the EG haters... Seriously, inalmost every sport its like this: Team talks to player -> player talks to his own team -> teams agree on transfer fee -> player changes teams - usually we just dont hear about the "team approches player" state, cuz nobody cares/its normal. But maybe it's not like this in the American sport leagues - and maybe it's not like that in Korea, so it's knid of normal that TSL doesnt understand this + posts their thoughts. Cultural differences, its that easy.

Yeah let's watch Live on three and watch the EG representatives talk their asses off for 2 hours again without addressing any serious arguments, taking the stupidest arguments and trolls from the chat and building up straw man arguments, then standing back and letting Alex/Scoots/DJ Wheat (for some reason lol) yell into their mikes about how stupid and unreasonable we're being.

Whatever happened to building teamwork.or wanting to have the highest tier of practice partners? I'll be rooting against him in every tourney he plays in.. Work 12+ hours plus per day, Be among the best in the world at what you do, Get paid next to nothing for it. In what twisted reality does this make sense? I would have done exactly the same as what Puma did. I'm on the fence about whether it was a dick move from EG or not but you can't blame Puma in the slightest.
