Because I've already downloaded it, just trying to install it and followed everything correctly.
That says:

Anyone who gets this you can safely ignore these warnings. If anything they help because your game settings will stay the same between your US/EU client and your TW client. The user folders (for replays, game saves, etc.) are unique by region + name + character code.

1) Login to your battle.net account and go to account management.
2) On the right side click 'Buy Digital Games'
3) On the middle right click 'Change' under Game Region.
4) Switch to Taiwan.
5) Click on 'balance' in top right.
6) Enter your code. It's one of the two things you got, I believe password. The other one is just a unique serial... I think for theft or to verify you have the card or something. Either way just try both. You should see the points added to your balance (1150).
7) Go back to 'Buy Digital Games'.
8) Make sure your region is Taiwan and buy 'Unlimited time' option (I'm not sure exact wording, I can't get back to the screen since I have a Taiwan account now).
9) Download client.
10) Play

I tried using the relocalizer, and it wont let me login. Gonna go ahead and download the TW client as a fallback.
Also, is there any way to play on TW with korean language? From what I have read it seems like you cant.

For whatever reason that website needs my military email before my order can be completed. No idea how they know I am in the military, and no idea why the need it. I dont feel comfortable giving this information out, does anyone know an alternative website? Only place I have found is sc2sea.com, and they are charging $24 more for the game, and they only take paypal (I dont have a paypal account).

Yes you can, however you need to relocalise KR to TW.

just bought it from offgamers and it works. very fast response got it in 1min after setting up account. only downside is you have to enter a telephone number to call to verify your credit card; might've woke up my family... lol. anyway they give you a serial and a password. the serial is useless. just go to load account and paste the password in there and its good.

Just got mine today, cost me just over $40 US with the paypal fee. NOTE: DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE REGIONAL CLIENT IF YOU JUST WANT TO LOCALIZE YOUR OWN! I did, not understanding the process, and that's 7GB and 5 hours i wasted.
Oh and yeah...masters toss NA...play some terran in a placement match and i'm like "this guy's diamond level or so"....

Has anyone actually had a bad experience with offgamers? Because it appears that the cost of Starcraft 2 TW is only 39 CAD, which is very, very tempting..
I guess in other words, has anyone had any issue with offgamers not delivering/giving you the code? Thanks :c

I haven't had any problems with it. I bought a NA and a TW account from Offgamers. Fast and efficient, got my keys after 10 minutes or so.

Well, I bought the game from offgamers but didnt recieve any confirmation email and now I cant log in on my accout as it says "Invalid email adress". What the hell????
